المستخلص: إن التحليل للأحكام الشرعية معلوم، وقد دلت عليه النصوص من الكتاب والسنة، فقد راعت الشريعة مصالح العباد في جميع النواحي، ولم يقتصر التعليل على الأحكام الفقهية، بل جاء التعليل لكثير من مسائل الاعتقاد، وبيان المصلحة من الحكم العقدي، وفي هذا البحث متسلط الضوء على تعليلات النبي- صلى الله عليه وسلم- العقدية التي جاءت في مسائل الإيمان، ونبين العلة العقدية المنصوص عليها في الحديث فهي ركن أساسي في القياس فيما يسوغ القياس فيه من مسائل العقيدة، فبدون معرفة العلة لا يصح القياس لا في مسائل العقيدة ولا في غيرها. وما هي المسائل العقدية المستفادة من التعليل، وتعليلات النبي- صلى الله عليه وسلم- العقدية كانت هي الدليل الأساسي في كثير من مسائل الاعتقاد، وأن كثيرا من القواعد في العقيدة كان الدليل عليها من التعليلات العقدية، كقاعدة سد الذرائع، واعتبار المآل، وغيرها من القواعد، وأثبتت الدراسة أنه يمكن الإفادة من تعليلات النبي- صلى الله عليه وسلم- العقدية فيما يطرأ على المسلمين من مسائل لا نص فيها، وقد اشتركت في العلة في بعض المسائل المنصوص عليها؛ وذلك عائد لوضوح تعليلات النبي- صلى الله عليه وسلم-. أوصى الباحثين في العلوم الشرعية ولا سيما العقيدة، بالمزيد من البحث والتحليل لتعليلات النبي- صلى الله عليه وسلم-، وتخصيص بعض الأحاديث منها بدراسة مستقلة، لا سيما ما جاء فيها في مسائل الإيمان والسياسة الشرعية، وأوصى الباحثين، والوعاظ، والخطباء، والمدرسين، والتربويين، بالاستفادة من طريقة النبي- صلى الله عليه وسلم- في التعليل لبعض الأحكام الشرعية، فذلك أدعى للإقناع، ولا سيما في زمن كثر فيه التشكيك في بعض المسائل، والأحكام، فإظهار العلة للحكم، يجعل المخاطب أكثر اطمئنانا، وتسليما للأحكام الشرعية.

The reasoning for the Shari'a rulings is known, and the texts from the Qur'an and Sunnah have indicated it. The Shari'a took into account the interests of the people in all aspects, and the reasoning was not limited to the jurisprudential rulings. Rather, the reasoning came for many issues of belief, and an explanation of the interest of the doctrinal ruling, and in this research we will shed light on The Prophet's doctrinal justifications - may God's prayers and peace be upon him - that came in matters of faith, and we explain the doctrinal reason stipulated in the hadith, as they are a basic pillar of analogy in matters of faith in which analogy is permissible. Without knowing the reason, analogy is not valid, neither in matters of faith nor in anything else. What are the doctrinal issues that can be derived from reasoning? The doctrinal reasonings of the Prophet- may God bless him and grant him peace- were the basic evidence in many matters of belief, and many of the rules in the belief were evidenced by doctrinal reasonings, such as the rule of blocking pretexts, considering the outcome, and other rules. The study proved that it is possible to benefit from the doctrinal explanations of the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - in matters that arise to Muslims regarding issues for which there is no text, and they share in the reason for some of the issues that are stipulated. This is due to the clarity of the Prophet's explanations - may God bless him and grant him peace. I advise researchers in the Islamic sciences, especially doctrine, to further research and analyze the explanations of the Prophet- may God bless him and grant him peace - and to devote some of the hadiths from them to independent study, especially what is mentioned in them regarding issues of faith and Islamic politics. I advise researchers, preachers, preachers, teachers, and educators By benefiting from the method of the Prophet- may God bless him and grant him peace- in explaining some of the legal rulings, this is more convincing, especially in a time when there is a lot of skepticism about some issues and rulings. Showing the reason for the ruling makes the addressee more reassured and more submissive to the legal rulings.
