المستخلص: Excluding the male offspring of the gifted she-camel does not invalidate the gift, according to the most correct opinion. In addition, the most correct opinion states the invalidity of the exception and the validity of the gift. Zakat on the gifted she-camel is due on the gifted person if the condition and exception are invalidated. That is because he owns her at that time. Zakat on a gifted camel is due on the donor during his lifetime if it amounts to imprisonment for the gifted person. The validity of the gift to the gifted person without his knowledge or consent if he has full possession of it. The validity of the gift applies to the recipient if he acquires it, whether the gift precedes the grant, comes after it, or accompanies it. The father's involvement in ownership prevents the validity of the gift to the son due to the lack of full possession. The son's complete disposition of the father's property is sufficient to confirm the validity of the gift as well as its possession. The jurists differed regarding the possession of donations before an impediment, between mere statement and complete possession. Hardship, shyness, and fear of changing the donor's mind are not considered impediments to possessing the donation.
