المستخلص: الفن بطبيعته أحد الوسائل التي تعكس الخبرات الفكرية والمهارية لشخصية الفنان من خلال تأثره بنمو الثقافات التي قامت عليها أسس كثيرة من نظم الاتصال وعمليات التأثير والتأثر بالمفاهيم المختلفة لبعض الاتجاهات الفنية لفنون الحداثة وما بعدها، والتي كان لها دور في التتابع التاريخي لمتغيرات طرأت علي شكل ومضمون الأعمال الفنية وصولا للوقت الحاضر، وتبعا لهذا السياق ظهر مفهوم حديث في عالم المعرفة والاقتصاد قائم علي أساليب حديثة الأفكار والمفاهيم التكنولوجية والإبداعية وهو المسمى الخاص بالمشروعات الاقتصادية التنموية ولها صور عديدة تدعمها الدولة بكل قطاعاتها سعيا لتحقيق رؤية جديدة متطورة تتماشي مع متطلبات وتطورات العصر لخدمة البيئة والمجتمع والقري الأكثر احتياجا لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة بكل أبعادها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية والبشرية لتوفير حياة كريمة لكل مواطن من خلال ممارسات وآليات تركز علي إجراءات عديدة لتنفيذها مقسمة إلى ثلاث مراحل: مرحلة التخطيط- مرحلة التنفيذ- مرحلة التشغيل، وذلك للوصول للهدف المرجو من المشروع الاقتصادية التنموي التي تهدف إلى إنتاج سلع معينة وتقديم خدمات محددة. يحتاجها المجتمع خلال فترة زمنية هي العمر الاقتصادي للمشروع أو المشاريع التي تقوم بإدارتها وتشغيلها، لذا كان اتجاه البحث الحالي للاستفادة من فن النسيج اليدوي كأحد القطاعات الاستراتيجية الهامة التي تعتمد علي فكر الإنتاجي عبر العصور التاريخية وذلك للوصول إلي مداخل تجريبية من خلال مستحدثات تشكيلية وظيفية قائمة علي الأسس البنائية للتراكيب والتقنيات النسجية كمدخل لإثراء الفكر التنموي للحاضنات التكنولوجية برؤية معاصرة تحقيقا الفاعلية دور الدراسات والمناهج والبحوث بالجامعات لخدمة المجتمع والبيئة، من خلال ممارسات عديدة منها الورش اليدوية والندوات التثقيفية والتواجد بأماكن المطلوب التطوير بها مثل القوافل المتنقلة والوحدات التي تدعمها الجامعات مثل وحدة المشروعات وحدة التدريب وحدة العمل التطوعي ووحدة الجودة ووحدة الابتكار ونقل التكنولوجيا وغيرها من الفاعليات التربوية الموازية مع المؤسسات الداعمة من قبل الدولة وذلك لتكامل المنظومة ككل كأحد التطلعات المستقبلية لجودة التعليم ومتطلبات سوق العمل.

Art, by its nature, is one of the means that reflects the intellectual and skillful experiences of the artist’s personality through its influence on the growth of cultures on which many foundations of communication systems and processes of influencing and being influenced by the various concepts of some artistic trends of the arts of modernity and beyond, which had a role in the historical succession of changes that occurred in form and content, were based. Works of art up to the present time, and according to this context, a modern concept has emerged in the world of knowledge and economics based on modern methods, technological and creative ideas and concepts, which is called “economic development projects” and has many forms supported by the state in all its sectors in an effort to achieve a new advanced vision that is in line with the requirements and developments of the times. To serve the environment, society, and villages most in need to achieve sustainable development in all its economic, social, environmental, and human dimensions, to provide a decent life for every citizen, through practices and mechanisms that focus on many procedures for implementation, divided into three stages: the planning stage- the implementation stage- the operating stage, in order to reach the desired goal of the project. Economic development “which aims to produce specific goods and provide specific services that society needs, during a period of time, which is the economic life of the project or projects that you manage and operate. Therefore, the direction of the current research was to benefit from the art of hand weaving as one of the important strategic sectors that depends on the thought of production.” Throughout historical eras, this is to reach experimental approaches through functional plastic innovations based on the constructive foundations of textile structures and techniques as an entry point to enrich the developmental thought of technological incubators with a contemporary vision, in order to achieve the effectiveness of the role of studies, curricula, and research in universities to serve society and the environment, through many practices, including manual workshops, educational seminars, and presence in places What is required is development, such as mobile convoys and units supported by universities, such as the Projects Unit, the Training Unit, the Volunteer Work Unit, the Quality Unit, the Innovation and Technology Transfer Unit, and other parallel educational activities with institutions supported by the state in order to integrate the system as a whole as one of the future aspirations for the quality of education and the requirements of the labor market.
