520 |a يهدف البحث إلى التوصل لمفهوم التطرف الفكري ومظاهره وأسبابه وطرق علاجه؛ لكونه ظاهرة من أسوء الظواهر التي تهدد أمن وسلامة الأمة واستقرارها في التاريخ المعاصر، وذكر طرق علاجه من خلال قاعدة تصرف الإمام على الرعية منوط بالمصلحة، تلك القاعدة التي تعد من أهم القواعد التي ترسم حدود الإدارة العامة والسياسة الشرعية في تصرفات الولاة وسلطانهم. هذا البحث موسوم بـ "معالجة التطرف الفكري من خلال قاعدة تصرف الإمام على الرعية منوط بالمصلحة". وتشتمل خطته على مقدمة بها التعريف بموضوع البحث، وأهدافه، وأهميته، وإشكاليته، ثم تلاها المبحث الأول، وفيه قمت ببيان مفهوم القاعدة وتوثيقها وبيان مفرداتها وألفاظها وأدلتها، وفي المبحث الثاني تناولت مفهوم التطرف الفكري، وأسبابه ومظاهره وخطورته، وفي المبحث الثالث تناولت طرق معالجة التطرف الفكري من خلال القاعدة ذاكرا المنهج الشرعي، والتربوي، والوقائي، والتشريعي والأمني لمعالجة ظاهرة التطرف الفكري، ثم ذيلت البحث بخاتمة بينت فيها أهم ما توصلت إليه من نتائج وتوصيات.  |b The research aims to reach the concept of intellectual extremism, its manifestations, causes, and methods of treating it, as it is one of the worst phenomena in contemporary history that threatens the security and stability of the nation, and to mention the methods of treating it through the rule that the imam’s behavior over the subjects is based on the interest, which is one of the most important rules that delineate the boundaries of public administration and legitimate policy in the actions of the imam. Governors and their authority. This research is tagged with “Intellectual extremism through the rule of freedom of law based on Sharia law from the homeland with its existence.” His plan includes an introduction to the subject of the research, its objectives, its importance, and its problem. This was followed by the first section, in which I explained the concept of the rule, documented it, and explained its vocabulary, words, and evidence. In the second section, the concept of intellectual extremism, its causes, manifestations, and outcomes, and in the third section, methods of thought extremism through the foundation. The complete part of the legal, educational, preventive and legislative thought learns and defines intellectual extremism. The research was concluded with a conclusion in which it explained the most important findings and recommendations it reached
