|a تتطرق هذه الدراسة لموضوع تطور أفكار العدالة منذ فجر التاريخ الإنساني، أين تنطلق من محاولة البحث عن أصول تبلورها في مجتمعات ما قبل الدولة، لتنتقل بعدها إلى دراسة تطور أفكار ومفاهيم العدالة في سياق الحضارات الشرقية القديمة، معرجة في نفس السياق على إشكاليات المصطلحات والمفاهيم من قبيل "البدائية" "ما قبل الدولة" وغيرها... تهدف هذه الدراسة لبيان كيف كان ظهور "الدولة" منعطفا حاسما في الانتقال من مجتمعات المساواة في مرحلة ما قبل الدولة، نحو مجتمعات معقدة يسود فيها التفاوت والطبقية الاجتماعية في سياق الحضارات الشرقية القديمة. كما تعمل على توضيح كيفية تبلور أفكار العدالة في سياق ذلك المنعطف، وما تبعه من تبلور إشكالية "المساواة/ التفاوت" التي تعتبر أحد أهم إشكاليات فلسفة العدالة بعامة.
|b This study examines the ideas of justice and their development at the dawn of human history, starting from an attempt to search for the origins of ideas of justice and their roots in pre-state societies. It also studies terms and concepts such as "primitive", "pre-state" and others... The study aims to show how the emergence of the "state" was a decisive turning point in the transition from egalitarian societies towards complex societies in which inequality and social stratification prevailed in ancient eastern civilizations. And an explanation of the formation of ideas of justice through that turning point, and the subsequent the formation of the Problematic of equality/disparity, one of the most important problematic in the philosophy of justice.
