|a في هذا البحث نستعرض مسألة حديثية دقيقة أشار إليها علماء الحديث، وهي مسألة إنكار الشيخ ما حدث به تلميذه عنه، مع بيان درجات الإنكار على التلميذ، من حيث التردد أو الجزم بالإنكار أو تكذيب التلميذ، وآراء علماء الحديث في كل حالة، والإشارة إلى اختلافهم، مع بيان حجة كل فريق، وتتبع نماذج من الروايات التي حصل فيها أنكار الشيخ على تلميذه، واستنطاق هذه الروايات، وكذا معرفة حكم العلماء على كل حديث منفرداً، واستخراج المعايير التي يعتمد عليها المحدثون في الحكم على الرواية، ثم بيان الأثر الفقهي المبني على الاختلاف الحديثي.
|b In this research, we review a particular issue related to Hadith. It is the issue of sheikh's denial of what his follower narrated or told about him (the sheikh) along with the statement of the degree of denial whether it is hesitated denial, asserted denial, or falsified denial. The research also aims to explore Hadith scholars' opinions of each case. It further highlights differences in these opinions, referring to the statement of the proof by each group of those scholars. It also investigates samples in which sheikhs' denials of their followers' narrations occurred in order to get insights and identify scholars' judgments in every Hadith individually for further understanding of the standards which are depended in judging narrations. Finally, it aims at showing the jurisprudential impact based on the Hadith-related differences.
