المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة حديث أبي سعيد الخدري- رضي الله عنه- "لا تكتبوا عني شيئا إلا القرآن"، فهذا الحديث صريح في النهي عن كتابة الحديث الشريف، وهذا الحديث قد اختلف الأئمة في الحكم عليه، فمن الأئمة من قام بتضعيفه، ومنهم من قال بأنه موقوف على أبي سعيد الخدري- رضي الله عنه-، وغير ذلك. وقد اتبعت المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي النقدي خلال بحثي، لاستيعاب ما يتعلق بالحديث، وذكر أقوال الأئمة فيه ودراسة إسناده وبيان حال رواته، وذكر المتابعات والشواهد، وكذلك ذكر القرائن والأدلة التي تثبت أنه حديث صحيح، ومنها: أنه قد أخرجه الإمام مسلم- رحمه الله- في صحيحه، بل إن للحديث رواية أخرى بلفظ مختلف تقويه وتعضده، بل إننا نرد بإثبات صحته على شبهة أثيرت حول صحيح الإمام مسلم- رحمه الله- فلا يصح أن نحكم بضعف الحديث أو أن نهدره. وكان من أسباب اختيار الموضوع وأهميته: أن السنة النبوية لها مكانتها وقدرها، وأن قضية التصحيح والتضعيف لم تتوقف، وأن حكمنا على حديث بالضعف مع أنه صحيح قد يؤدي إلى إهدار الكثير من أحاديث السنة النبوية، بل ندع المجال لمن يريد أن يطعن في السنة النبوية ويثير حولها الشبهات بالطعن في كتب السنة الصحيحة، وخاصة صحيح الإمام مسلم- رحمه الله-.

This research aims to study the hadith of Abu Saeed Al-Khudri- may God be pleased with him- "Do not write anything from me except the Qur'an." This hadith is clear in forbidding the writing of the noble hadith, and the imams differed in their ruling on it. Some of the imams considered it weak, and some of them considered it weak. He said that he was detained by Abu Saeed Al-Khudri - may God be pleased with him- and other things. I followed the inductive, analytical, and critical approach during my research, to understand what is related to the hadith, mentioning the sayings of the imams about it, studying its chain of transmission, explaining the condition of its narrators, mentioning the references and evidence, as well as mentioning the clues and evidence that prove that it is an authentic hadith, including: that it was narrated by Imam Muslim- may God have mercy on him - in It is authentic. Indeed, the hadith has another narration in other words that strengthens and supports it. Rather, we respond by proving its authenticity to a suspicion that was raised about the authenticity of Imam Muslim - may God have mercy on him -, so it is not right to judge the hadith to be weak or to waste it. One of the reasons for choosing the topic and its importance was that the Sunnah of the Prophet has its status and value, and that the issue of authentication and weakness has not stopped, and that our ruling on a hadith as weak even though it is authentic may lead to wasting many of the hadiths of the Sunnah of the Prophet, and we also leave room for those who want to challenge the Sunnah of the Prophet and raise There are suspicions surrounding it that criticize the books of the authentic Sunnah, especially the Sahih of Imam Muslim - may God have mercy on him.
