يتناول البحث بعضاً من اختيارات المبرد الشعرية وذائقته في كتابه التعازي والمراثي بدراسة أسلوبية لبنى بعض من هذه الاختيارات، إذ لا يخفى مكانة المبرد العلمية على دارس فقد كان- رحمه الله- نجمة لامعة في سماء اللغة العربية الشاسعة، ودعامة من دعامات اللغة والأدب ولم يترك باباً من أبواب علوم اللغة إلا طرقه ويتجلى ذلك في كثرة مؤلفاته في العلوم اللغوية والنحوية والنقدية والبلاغية وغيرها كثير. والكتاب موضوعة البحث يضم نصوصاً شعرية ونثرية مختارة بدقة وإمعان وبأساليب متنوعة في الآن نفسه إذ يكشف الذائقة الأدبية الناضجة لعالمنا الجليل وبصيرته النقدية فارتأينا أن تكون الدراسة على مطلبين أوله: مفهوم الاختيار والذائقة عند العرب، وثانيهما: دراسة أسلوبية في مختارات من كتاب (التعازي والمراثي) فكان لنا جملة من النتائج في خاتمة البحث تنوعت بين الكشف عن ذائقة المبرد وتنوع الأساليب في هذه النصوص.
The research deals with some of Al-Mubarrad’s poetic choices and his taste in his book, Condolences and Elegies, with a stylistic study of the structures of some of these choices, as Al-Mubarrad’s scholarly status is not hidden from a student, as he was- may God have mercy on him- a shining star in the vast sky of the Arabic language, and a pillar of language and literature, and he left no door behind. There are many chapters in linguistic sciences except its methods, and this is evident in the large number of his books in the linguistic, grammatical, critical, rhetorical, and many other sciences. The book that is the subject of the research includes poetic and prose texts carefully and carefully selected in a variety of styles at the same time, as it reveals the mature literary taste of our great scholar and his critical insight. So we decided that the study should be based on two topics: the first: the concept of choice and taste among the Arabs, and the second: a stylistic study in selections from the book (Condolences and Elegies). The research concludes with findings that highlight Al-Mubarrad's refined literary preferences and the diverse methods employed in these texts.
