|a قسَّم العلماء الجمل في العربية من حيث قطعية دلالتها واحتماليتها إلى جمل قطعية الدلالة، وجمل احتمالية الدلالة، وبالاطلاع على كتاب: (فتح المنعم شرح صحيح مسلم) وقعت على عدد من أحاديث سيدنا رسول الله- صلى الله عليه وسلم- بها ضمير أو أكثر يحتمل رجوعه إلى أكثر من مرجع احتمالا على السواء، ولكل مرجع معنى غير معنى صاحبه، وكل مرجع له ما يؤيده من القرائن، وما يقويه من الدلائل، ولا عجب في ذلك فقد أُعطي- صلى الله عليه وسلم- جوامع الكلم، وملك زمام الفصاحة، وأحاط باللغة. فعقدتُ العزم على جمع مواضع احتمالات تعدد مرجع الضمير في أحاديث سيدنا رسول الله- صلى الله عليه وسلم- من خلال أحد شروح صحيح الإمام مسلم، وهو كتاب: (فتح المنعم شرح صحيح مسلم) ودراستها، وبيان أثرها على المعنى، ومحاولة التماس مراجع أخرى للضمير لم ينص عليها العلماء، مستهديا ومستضيئا بما ذكره شراح الحديث، وعلماء النحو واللغة، وعلماء أصول الفقه، ومستعصما من الانحراف عن الجادة بالسير في ركابهم، وسلوك مسلكهم.
|b Scholars have divided sentences in Arabic in terms of the definiteness of their meaning and possibility into sentences with definite meaning and sentences with potential meaning. By reviewing the book: (Fath al-Muneim, Explanation of Sahih Muslim), I came across a number of hadiths of our Master, the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - in which one or more pronouns can be returned. To more than one reference is equally possible, and each reference has a meaning other than the meaning of its owner, and each reference has evidence that supports it and evidence that strengthens it, and there is no wonder about that, as he was given - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - the comprehensiveness of words, the mastery of eloquence, and mastering the language. So I decided to collect the possibilities for the multiple references to the pronoun in the hadiths of our Master, the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - through one of the explanations of Sahih Imam Muslim, which is the book: (Fath al-Moneim), and to study it, and to explain its impact on the meaning, and to try to seek other references to the pronoun that were not stipulated. Scholars, guided and illuminated by what the commentators of hadith, grammar and linguists, and scholars of the principles of jurisprudence have mentioned, and refraining from deviating from the path by walking in their ways and following their path.
