|a يعد التغيير الاجتماعي من أهم العناصر المساهمة في دخول المرأة مجال المقاولاتية، حيث أن التغيير الذي حدث في البنية الاجتماعية غير من مكانة ودور المرأة، إن الهدف من دراستنا هي معرفة كيف ساهم هذا التغيير في دخول المرأة مجال العمل، وكيف ساعد الموروث الثقافي في دعم وتشجيع المرأة على الولوج إلى مجال المقاولة وعلى ضوء ذلك ومن خلال الدراسة الميدانية لمجموعة من النساء المقاولات استطعنا أن نستخلص الناتج التي تبين بأن التغيير الاجتماعي هو أحد أسباب تغيير مكانة ودو المرأة في المجتمع ومن نتائج هذا التغيير دخول المرأة مجال المقاولاتية
|b Social change is one of the most important elements contributing to women's entry into the entrepreneurship field, as the change in the social structure has altered the status and role of women, the goal of our study is to understand how this change has facilitated women's entry into the workforce and how cultural heritage has supported and encouraged women to enter the entrepreneurship field. In light of this, and through the field study of a group of female entrepreneurs, we were able to conclude that social change is one of the reasons for changing women's status and role in society, as result of this change, women have entered the entrepreneurship field.
