المستخلص: فهذه الدراسة اشتملت على تحقيق كتاب القياس من مخطوط بعنوان: "المطالع الحميدية في الأصول الفقهية" للشيخ محمد بن إبراهيم الحسيني (ت 1359ه) رضي الله عنه، وهو عبارة عن منظومة علمية أصولية مع شرحها شرحا مبسطا لطالب العلم المبتدئ في تعلم أصول فقه الحنفية، وأصل المنظومة مختصر لمتن مرقاة الوصول إلى علم الأصول للعلامة محمد بن فراموز المعروف ب ملاخسرو (ت 885ه) رضي الله عنه. وقد انقسمت الدراسة إلى قسمين: الأول: قسم الدراسة، واشتمل على تعريف موجز بالمؤلف بذكر نسبه ومولده ونشأته وشيوخه وآثاره العلمية ووفاته، ومذهبه العقدي والفقهي، وطريقته الأصولية، ثم التعريف بالمخطوط وأسباب اختياره، ومنهج التحقيق، والقسم الثاني: النص المحقق المتعلق بالقياس، وفيه معنى القياس عند الأصوليين، وأدلة حجيته من الكتاب والسنة والإجماع، وشروط القياس، وأركانه الأربعة، وما يتعلق بكل ركن، وأن الأصل في النصوص التعليل، وطرق معرفة العلة، ثم ذكر حكم القياس، وتقسيمه إلى جلي وخفي، وذكر أقسام كل قسم، وختم الكتاب بذكر العمل عند تعارض القياسين. وجاء التحقيق على ضبط النص، وتخريج آياته وأحاديثه وأبياته، وترجمة أعلامه، وتوضيح غريبه، والتعليق لتوضيح ما قد يشكل من مسائله، والإحالة في مسائل الكتاب لمظانها في أمهات كتب أصول الفقه.

This study included an investigation of the book “Qiyas” from a manuscript entitled: "Al-Ma’tā’ al-Ḥamidiyyah fi Usul al-Fiqhiyyah" by Sheikh Muhammad bin Ibrahim al-Husseini (d.1359 AH), peace be upon him. It is a fundamental scientific system with a simplified explanation for the student of knowledge who is novice in learning the fundamentals of Hanafi jurisprudence. The system is an abbreviation of the text of Marqaat al-Usul Ilm al-Usul by the scholar Muhammad ibn Faramuz, known as Malakhusraw (d.885 AH), peace be upon him. The study was divided into two parts: the first: the study section, which included a brief introduction to the author by mentioning his lineage, birth, upbringing, elders, scientific influences, death, his doctrinal and jurisprudential doctrine, and his fundamentalist method, then an introduction to the manuscript, the reasons for choosing it, and the investigation methodology, and the second section: the verified text related to analogy, in which The meaning of analogy according to the fundamentalists, the evidence of its validity from the Qur’an, the Sunnah, and consensus, the conditions for analogy, its four pillars, and what relates to each pillar, and that the basis in the texts is the reasoning, and the ways to know the reason, then he mentioned the ruling on analogy, dividing it into the obvious and the hidden, mentioned the sections of each section, and concluded the book. By mentioning the work when the two measurements conflict. The investigation focused on controlling the text, extracting its verses, hadiths, and verses, translating its notable figures, clarifying what is strange, commenting to clarify what may constitute its issues, and referring the issues of the book to their references in the major books on the principles of jurisprudence.
