المستخلص: هذا البحث يتناول أحد المرجحات المتعلق بمباحث العموم عند الأصوليين، وهو في حال تعارض العام الذي قلت مخصصاته مع العام الذي كثرت مخصصاته، فأوضحت حقيقة الترجيح والمصطلح ذات العلاقة به وهو التعارض، وعدداً من مقدمات الترجيح كأركان الترجيح وشروطه ومحله، إضافة إلى بيان معنى المرجح محل الدراسة بالنظر إلى مفردات العنوان تفصيلاً ثم إجمالاً، وذكرت خلاف العلماء المنقول في هذا المرجح، وأدلة كل قول، مع ترجيح تقديم العام الذي قلت مخصصاته على العام الذي كثرت مخصصاته، وقد كشف وجه العلاقة بين هذا المرجح وغيره من المرجحات ذات العلاقة بالعموم كترجيح العام المحفوظ على العام المخصوص، والخطابان العامان المتعارضان وكلا منهما عام من وجه ومن وجه خاص، ثم ختمت البحث بذكر أمثلة تطبيقية أوضحت فيها وجه كثرة وقلة المخصصات وأثر ذلك في الترجيح.

This research deals with one of the arguments related to general researches according to fundamentalists. Hence, the topic at address is now the preferring the general in which allocations were made less over the general in which they were more, I explained the facts of weighting and the term related to it, which is contradiction and number of premises of weighting, such as its pillars, conditions and location. In addition to explaining the meaning of the weighting under study by looking at the words of the title in detail and then in overall aspect. Furthermore, I have alone mentioned the disagreement reported on the said topic among the scholars. While discussing the evidence of each statement with preference for prioritizing the general in which the allocations were few over the general in which they were more. The research revealed several aspects in relation the weighting and other weightings related to the topic in general, such as giving priority to the general reserved over the specific and the two conflicting general discourse, each of which is general in one way or another. I concluded the research by mentioning practical examples in which I explained the nature of the abundance and scarcity of allocations and the effect of it on the weighting.
