المستخلص: فكرة البحث: يقوم بحث الصفة الكاشفة ودورها الدلالي في فهم النص النبوي دراسة تطبيقية على صحيح البخاري، على إثبات الدور الدلالي لهذه الصفة في فهم النص النبوي، وإنزاله على أرض الواقع، من أجل تنزيهه عن الحشو والإطناب اللذان يتنافيان مع بلاغته وفصاحته عليه السلام، والتأكيد على أن كل لفظ صح ثبوته عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فهو لا شك له مفهوم ومعنى. أهمية البحث: تكمن في التدقيق على معاني الصفة الكاشفة، والوقوف على الفوائد والدلالات المستنبطة منها، والتفريق بين الكلام النبوي وغيره. إشكالية البحث: تتمثل في التباين الواضح في تناول العلماء لتلك الصفة الكاشفة، وعدم تحديد مفهومها عند المحدثين، لذا كان الاضطراب واضح في استنباط الدلالة منها. يهدف البحث: إلى تحديد مفهوم تلك الصفة الكاشفة من أجل الوصول إلى الفوائد والدلالات منها. منهج الدراسة: اعتمدت على منهجي الاستقراء والتحليل. النتائج: نتج عن ذلك أن الصفة الكاشفة هي كل قيد لازم مبين لحقيقة موصوفة، مع اعتبار مفهوم المخالفة معه. وأن هذا المفهوم لم يكن متناولا لدى أئمة الحديث المتقدمين. ومن أقدم من وقفت عليه ممن ذكر هذا المصطلح من شراح الحديث هو محمد بن يوسف الكرماني في الكواكب الدراري. ويرى الباحث: أن الصفة الكاشفة لها معنى ومفهوم ودلالة، وتعمل مع مفهوم المخالفة، خلافا للأصوليين. ومن قال إنها لا مفهوم لها، قد جانبه الصواب.

Research Idea: The research of the revealing attribute and its semantic role in understanding the Prophet's text, an applied study on Sahih Al- Bukhari, is based on proving the semantic role of this attribute in understanding the Prophet's text, and bringing it down on the ground, in order to remove it from the filler and redundancy that contradict with his eloquence and eloquence, peace be upon him, and to emphasize that every correct word proven from the Prophet, may Allah God bless him and grant him peace, is undoubtedly a concept and meaning. The importance of research: It lies in checking the meanings of the revealing characteristic, identifying the benefits and connotations deduced from it, and differentiating between the prophetic speech and others. The problem of research: It is represented in the clear discrepancy in the scientists' handling of that revealing characteristic, and the lack of identification of its concept among the modernists, so the disorder was clear in deriving the significance from it. The research aims to identify the concept of this revealing trait in order to reach the benefits and connotations of it. Study Methodology: It relied on induction and analysis methodology. Results: This resulted in the revealing characteristic being any necessary constraint indicating a described fact, taking into account the concept of violation with it. This concept was not used by the advanced hadith imams. One of the oldest commentators on whom I stood who mentioned this term from the commentators of the hadith is Mohamed ibn Yusuf al-Kirmani in al-Kawakib al-Darari. The researcher believes: that the revealing attribute has a meaning, concept and significance, and works with the concept of violation, unlike the fundamentalists. Whoever says it is incomprehensible is right.
