المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة بعض الجهود الدعوية الصحابي الجليل عمرو بن العاص -رضي الله عنه- في مصر متمثلة في نظام الارتباع وبيان أثره في الدعوة إلى الله –تعالى-، فهو نظام يتطلب إلى بيان لمفهومه ونشأته ومقاصده وضوابطه، وآثاره النافعة، ونتائجه الناجعة، ويعد نظام الارتباع من أهم النظم الإسلامية التي كان لها دورها في خدمة الدعوة الإسلامية، ويبين الجهود الدعوية للصحابة -رضي الله عنهم- بتفعيلهم لنظام الارتباع في بعض البلاد والأقطار الإسلامية، ويعمل على إحياء تراث الأمة الإسلامية، وإبراز دورها الحضاري ومدى تأثيره على الأمم والحضارات الأخرى، ويتعلق بفترة تاريخية هامة من تاريخ مصر منذ الفتح الإسلامي لها، وقد قسمت البحث إلى مقدمة وتمهيد وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة، فأما المقدمة فقد اشتملت على بيان أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج البحث، وخطته، وأما التمهيد فتناولت فيه التعريف بالجهود الدعوية، والتعريف بالصحابي الجليل عمرو بن العاص- رضي الله عنه-، والتعريف بالنظم الإسلامية، وبيان أهمية دراستها وحاجة المدعوين إليها، وأما المبحث الأول فجاء بعنوان: مفهوم نظام الارتباع ونشأته، وأما المبحث الثاني بعنوان: ضوابط نظام الارتباع، والمبحث الثالث بعنوان: أثر نظام الارتباع في الدعوة إلى الله -تعالى-، والخاتمة وتشتمل على أهم النتائج والتوصيات.

This research aims to study some of the advocacy efforts of the great companion Amr ibn al-Aas may God be pleased with him - in Egypt represented in the system of tributaryship and to clarify its impact on the call to God the Most High -, as it is a system that requires a clarification of its concept, origin, objectives, controls, beneficial effects, and effective results. The system of tributaryship is one of the most important Islamic systems that played a role in serving the Islamic call, and it shows the advocacy efforts of the companions – may God be pleased with them – by activating the system of tributaryship in some Islamic countries and regions, and works to revive the heritage of the Islamic nation, and highlight its civilizational role and the extent of its influence on other nations and civilizations, and relates to an important historical period in the history of Egypt since the Islamic conquest. The research was divided into an introduction, a preface, three chapters, and a conclusion. As for the introduction, it included a statement of the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, previous studies, and the research methodology. And his plan, and as for the introduction, I dealt with the definition of the advocacy efforts, and the definition of the great companion Amr ibn al-Aas and the may God be pleased with him - definition of Islamic systems, and the statement of the importance of studying them and the need of those called to them, and as for the first topic, it came under the title: The concept of the system of affiliation and its origin, and as for the second topic, it was entitled: Controls of the system of affiliation, and the third topic was entitled: The effect of the system of affiliation in the call to God – the Most High -, and the conclusion, which includes the most important results and recommendations.
