المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن كيفية محاكمات بعض منحرفي العقيدة، أو الإجراءات القضائية المتعلقة بقضايا العقيدة كالزنادقة وبعض المنحرفين تارة تذكرها بصورة مبهمة، وتارة أخرى تصورها أدق تصوير، والتي غالبا ما كان يحضر سلاطين المماليك؛ هذه المحاكمات نظرا لخطورتها على المجتمع، ولأهمية هذه المحاكمات التي كانت قرت عيون لبعض السلاطين، وقرت عيون آخرين بوجود المتهمين بها خلف القضبان. ولم تكن المحاكمة نهاية المطاف ولكنها البداية لبعض الإجراءات الأخرى، ولذا سوف نتناول في هذه الدراسة مناقشة بعض الأسئلة التي تدور في عقل كل قارئ. فكيف تنظم محاكمات هؤلاء الزنادقة؟ وما هي الأحكام الصادرة نحوهم، وأنواعها؟ وهل من مراجعة لهذه الأحكام؟ وكيف ينفذ الحكم بالقتل؟ وما مصير جسد الزنديق بعد قتله؟. أما عن محتوى البحث وعناصره فقد قسمته إلى ثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول: (تعريف الزندقة وأحكامها) المبحث الثاني: (مرحلة التقديم للمحاكمة) المحاكمات والمرافعات: الهيئات والأشخاص المؤهلون لإصدار الأحكام (الهيئة القضائية)، النظر في القضية (محاضر الاتهام أو الدعوى)، انعقاد وتنظيم مجلس القضاء (المحاكمة)، إصدار الأحكام على الزنادقة وأنواعها (الحكم القضائي)، تعديل الحكم أو إلغاؤه، المبحث الثالث: (مرحلة ما بعد المحاكمة) كيفية تنفيذ الحكم القضائي بإهدار الدم: أساليب تنفيذ حكم القتل وكيفيته، مواضع أو أماكن تنفيذ الحكم، تنفيذ الأحكام والإعداد لها، مصير جثة الزنديق بعد تنفيذ الحكم، وقد أنهيت البحث بخاتمة بها أهم ما تم التوصل إليه البحث من نتائج، وقائمة بمصادر ومراجع الدراسة.

This study aimed to reveal how some deviants of belief were tried, or the judicial procedures related to issues of belief such as heretics and some deviants, sometimes mentioning them in a vague way, and other times depicting them in the most accurate way, which Mamluk sultans often attended; these trials due to their danger to society, and the importance of these trials that were a comfort to the eyes of some sultans, and the eyes of others were comforted by the presence of the accused behind bars. The trial was not the end of the road, but rather the beginning of some other procedures, and therefore we will discuss in this study some questions that revolve in the mind of every reader. How are the trials of these heretics organized? What are the rulings issued against them, and their types? Is there a review of these rulings? How is the death sentence executed? What is the fate of the heretic's body after he is killed? As for the content of the research and its elements, I divided it into three sections: Section One: (Definition of heresy and its rulings) Section Two: (The stage of submitting to trial) Trials and pleadings: The bodies and persons qualified to issue rulings (the judicial body), examining the case (the minutes of the accusation or lawsuit), convening and organizing the judicial council (the trial), issuing rulings on heretics and their types (the judicial ruling), amending or canceling the ruling, Section Three: (The post-trial stage) How to implement the judicial ruling to shed blood: Methods of implementing the death sentence and how it is carried out, places or locations of implementing the ruling, implementing the rulings and preparing for them, the fate of the heretic's body after implementing the ruling, and I concluded the research with a conclusion that includes the most important results reached by the research, and a list of sources and references for the study.
