|b The Committee of Basel on the banking control affected works relative to the operational risk, the management of which tends to take an important placein the practices of healthy risk management on the modern capital markets. Among these works, we find the cartography of the risk which defines itself as the approach initiative of identification, evaluation, hierarchical organization and risk management inherent to the banking activities. The objective of this article is to show, through a practical study, the various operational stages of the construction of a cartography of the risk allowing the bank to insur an optimal allowance of stockholders' equity.
|d Le Comité de Bâle sur le contrôle bancaire a entamé des travaux relatifs au risque opérationnel, dont la gestion tend à prendre une place importante dans les pratiques de saine gestion des risques sur les marchés des capitaux modernes. Parmi ces travaux, on trouve la cartographie du risque qui se définit comme la démarche d'identification, d'évaluation, de hiérarchisation et de gestion des risques inhérents aux activités bancaires. L'objectif de cet article est de montrer, à travers une étude pratique, les différentes étapes de la construction d'une cartographie du risque opérationnelles permettant à la banque d'assurer une allocation optimale des fonds propres.
