إن خدمة كتاب الله تعالى أشرف ما يناله العبد في دنياه وسيجد جمال عاقبته في الآخرة، الهدف من تحقيق الرسالة هو إحياء التراث العثماني فنشر تراث الأجداد له أهمية كبرى خاصة تراث العثمانيين؛ لأنه تعمد إهماله وعلى رأسهم علوم شيخ الإسلام ابن كمال باشا؛ لدقته وتحريراته واستدراكاته، ومن رسائله التي تختص بعلم التفسير، رسالة معمولة في تعليم الأمر في تحريم الخمر، وتعقب فيها الزمخشري في الكشاف، والقاضي البيضاوي في أنوار التنزيل، ورجح ما أشكل ونقح وأتى بالدليل، حققت رسالته، وخرجت الحديث والأثر، ورددت كل معلومة لمصدرها ومرجعها، وبعد تحقيقي للرسالة توصلت للنتائج التالية: 1- أهمية إحياء التراث العثماني للمكتبة العربية. 2- ترجيحات ابن كمال باشا وإضافتها للتراث التفسيري. 3- استدراكات ابن كمال باشا على الزمخشري والبيضاوي ثروة علمية عملية جديرة بأن تكون رسائل علمية تثري المكتبة العربية. 4- استدراكات ابن كمال باشا يتعقب الزمخشري والبيضاوي ويعلل يخرج بالنتيجة مع الدليل. 5- يستشهد بالضعيف والموضوع وهذا مأخذ؛ لأن ابن كمال باشا أوتي من علوم الحديث شيئا كبيرا، فله شروح في الحديث منها شرح رياض الصالحين في أكثر من أربع مجلدات. وأوصي بأن يهتم بتراث بل ميراث العثمانيين ففيه كنز مدفون، وبه علم كثير. لابن كمال باشا مؤلفات في البلاغة وعلوم الحديث ورسائل الفتوى ... وغيرها فأوصي طلبة العلم بأن يهتموا بها ليخرجوها للنور.
The goal of achieving the message is to revive the Ottoman heritage. Spreading the heritage of the ancestors is of great importance, especially the heritage of the Ottomans, because it was deliberately neglected, especially the knowledge of Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Kamal Pasha. Because of its accuracy, edits, and corrections, and among his treatises that specialize in the science of interpretation, there is a treatise used to teach the matter regarding the prohibition of alcohol, in which he followed Al-Zamakhshari in Al-Kashshaf, and Al-Qadi Al-Baydawi in Anwar Al-Tanzeel, and confirmed what was problematic, revised, and provided evidence. I investigated his message, extracted the hadith and the traces, and refuted all Information for its source and reference, and after investigating the message, I reached the following results: 1- The importance of reviving the Ottoman heritage of the Arab library. 2- Ibn Kamal Pasha’s interpretations and their addition to the interpretive heritage. 3- Ibn Kamal Pasha’s comments on Al-Zamakhshari and Al-Baydawi are a practical scientific wealth worthy of being scientific treatises that enrich the Arab library. 4- Ibn Kamal Pasha’s explanations follow Al-Zamakhshari and Al-Baydawi and give reasons and come up with the result with evidence. 5- He cites the weak and the fabricated ones, and this is taken for granted, because Ibn Kamal Pasha was given a great deal of hadith sciences, and he has commentaries on the hadith, including the explanation of Riyadh al-Salihin in more than four volumes. I recommend that he pay attention to the heritage of the Ottomans, as it contains buried treasure and a lot of knowledge. Ibn Kamal Pasha wrote books on rhetoric, Hadith sciences, fatwa letters, and others. I advise students of knowledge to pay attention to them in order to bring them to light.
