|a يتناول هذا البحث دراسة منهج الإمام مسلم في الاستدلال بالآثار الواردة في صحيحه، وبيان عدد تلك الآثار، وكان ورود تلك الآثار في الصحيح في ثمانية عشر بابا، وعددها اثنان وتسعون ومئة، فيورد البعض في مقدمة الأبواب، وبعضها في أثناء الباب، وبعضها نهاية الباب، واتضح من منهجية الإمام مسلم في إيراده الآثار في صحيحه أنها تنقسم إلى ثلاثة أقسام، فقسم أراد به تصحيح حديث أو تعضيده، وقسم أراد به الترجيح عند الاختلاف، وقسم أراد به تعليل الأثر لمخالفته الحديث، ويختلف عدد الآثار الواردة في كل باب بحسب نظر الإمام مسلم.
|b This research deals with the study of Imam Muslim's approach in inferring the narrations contained in his Sahih, and showing the number of those narrations, and the inclusion of these narrations in the Sahih is in eighteen chapters, and their number is ninety-two hundred, so some are mentioned at the front of the chapters, some during the chapter, and some at the end of the chapter, And it became clear from the methodology of Imam Muslim in listing the narrations in his Sahih that they are divided into three sections, a section by which he wanted to correct or reinforce a hadith, and a section by which he wanted weighting in case of disagreement, and a section by which he wanted to justify the narration because it contradicts the hadith, and the number of narrations contained in each chapter differs according to the view of Imam Muslim..
