|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان مفهوم الأمن المجتمعي من منظور إسلامي وفلسفته المتمثلة في تطبيق قواعده ومقوماته ومظاهره، ولبيان ذلك استخدم الباحث المنهج التحليلي والاستقرائي الوصفي، وتوصل الباحث إلي عدة نتائج كان من أهمها أن مفهوم الأمن المجتمعي في المنظور الإسلامي يمثل أهمية بالغة في استقرار ونهضة المجتمع وسعادة أفراده، وظهرت عناية الإسلام ومنهجه بالأمن المجتمعي وتطبيقه في كافة نواحي الحياة سياسية واجتماعية واقتصادية، وكذلك التوازن في التطبيق ومراعاة حالة الأفراد وواقعهم، وعدم تغليب نوع من أنواع الأمن على الأخرى، ووضوح الرؤية الإسلامية في تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي وضوحا تاما، مع الواقعية في المنهج الإسلامي في حماية أمن المجتمع وصيانة أفراده.
|b This research aims to clarify the concept of community security from an Islamic perspective and its philosophy represented in the application of its rules, components, and manifestations. To achieve this, the researcher used analytical and descriptive inductive methods, and the researcher reached several conclusions, the most important of which is that the concept of community security in the Islamic perspective is of great importance for the stability and renaissance of society and the happiness of its individuals. The attention of Islam and its approach to community security and its application in all aspects of life-political, social, and economic-was evident, as well as the balance in application and consideration of individuals' conditions and realities, without favoring one type of security over another. The Islamic vision for achieving community security is entirely clear, along with the realism in the Islamic approach to protecting community security and safeguarding its individuals.
