المستخلص: يعمد المحتل الإسرائيلي منذ وطئت قدماه أرض المسرى التضييق على أهلها، والتنغيص عليهم بكافة مجالات الحياة؛ فكان لهذه الإجراءات الأثر الواضح في إحداث أمور لها تأثير على أداء العبادة، بشكل عام، والطهارة بشكل خاص؛ كالممارسات التي تتسبب في تنجيس الثوب أو المكان أو البدن، والتي بطبيعتها تؤثر على أداء الصلاة. فجاءت هذه الدراسة المعنونة بـ: (نوازل الطهارة في ظل الاحتلال- مسائل في نواقض الوضوء، وطهارة المكان والثوب والبدن) لتبين المقصود بنوازل الطهارة، وتذكر بعض المسائل التي يتعرض لها الفلسطينيون مما يخص الدراسة؛ كمسألة وقوع النجاسة من لعاب الكلب على ملابس الأسير وعدم إمكانية التطهر منها، ومسألة نقض الوضوء من عدمه بلمس المرأة بسبب الزحام على الحواجز، أو على بوابات المسجد الأقصى. وتبرز أهمية الدراسة في توضيحها للحكم الشرعي لتلك النوازل، إذ لا تكاد تخلو منطقة في الوطن الحبيب إلا ويتعرض أهلها لمثلها. وقد انتهج الباحثان المنهج الوصفي؛ متتبعين آراء العلماء في أصول المسائل السابقة، وأدلتهم، ثم تحليلها، والترجيح بينها؛ للوصول إلى نتائج الدراسة، ومن أبرزها: صحة صلاة من تنجس ثوبه، ولم يستطع تطهيره، مع عدم وجوب إعادتها، وعدم انتقاد وضوء من مست يده يد امرأة أجنبية في حال الزحام على بوابات الأقصى، أو على الحواجز. ومن أبرز التوصيات التي توصي بها عدم تأخير الصلاة عن موعدها، فلا يعني وجود نجاسة على الثوب أو البدن أو المكان جواز تأخير الصلاة، أو تركها؛ وتوصي كذلك بالعمل على الوصول للمسجد الأقصى والصلاة فيه، وعدم التراجع لأي مصلى آخر في حال المنع ولو كلف ذلك الصلاة في المكان الذي توجد فيه نجاسة.

Since the Israeli occupation first set foot on the land of Al-Aqsa, it has consistently imposed restrictions on its people, causing hardship in all aspects of life. These measures have had a clear impact on religious practices, particularly on issues of purity, which naturally affect the performance of prayer. For example, certain practices lead to the contamination of clothing, places, or the body, which in turn influences the ability to perform prayer properly. This study, titled Contemporary Issues of Purity under Occupation Measures: Matters Related to Ablution Nullifiers, and the Purity of Clothing, Places, and the Body, aims to clarify the concept of contemporary issues related to purity. It discusses specific challenges faced by Palestinians, such as the contamination of a prisoner's clothing with dog saliva and the inability to purify it, as well as whether ablution is invalidated by touching a woman due to overcrowding at checkpoints or the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque. The importance of the study lies in its clarification of the Islamic rulings regarding these issues, given that almost every region in the beloved homeland is subject to similar challenges. The researchers employed a descriptive approach, tracing scholars' opinions on the fundamental issues mentioned, analyzing them, and weighing them against each other to reach the study's conclusions. Key findings include the validity of prayer when one's clothing is contaminated and cannot be purified, without the obligation to repeat the prayer, and that ablution is not invalidated by touching a non-mahram woman in cases of overcrowding at the gates of Al-Aqsa or at checkpoints. The study strongly recommends not delaying prayer beyond its appointed time; the presence of impurity on clothing, the body, or a place does not justify delaying or abandoning prayer. It also advises striving to reach Al-Aqsa Mosque for prayer, without retreating to another place of worship if access is denied, even if this means praying in a place with impurities.
