المستخلص: A conviction has been established in legal jurisprudence, and has seeped into international and national legislation, that adopting technical measures that rely on digital technology is a solution that cannot be overlooked to prevent the increasing infringement of digital copyrights. Thus, digital technology, which was the reason for diminishing copyrights, has become the solution, in contrast to its effect, moving from a mechanism for threatening rights to a mechanism for protecting rights. Accordingly, this research paper will address defining the concept of technological measures, the conditions for their operation, and their protection in accordance with copyright law, as well as ways of adopting them by the Algerian legislator.
