المستخلص: يتميز النمو الحضري بالمغرب بوتيرته السريعة نتيجة عدة عوامل، أهمها: تزايد النمو الديمغرافي (التزايد الطبيعي وصافي الهجرة) وتزايد الأنشطة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وتركزها وأهمية البنيات التحتية. الأمر الذي يستدعي تتبع هذا النمو والتنبؤ به، من أجل إعداد دراسات تخطيطية لتوجيه التوسع الحضري واستيعاب الفائض الديمغرافي بطريقة منظمة. في هذا السياق، سنحاول الاعتماد على النمذجة الخرائطية، بتوظيف نظم المعلومات الجغرافية من أجل التوقع المستقبلي للتوسع المساحي لمراكز إقليم الناضور، ومحاولة بناء سيناريوهات تجسد مدى قدرة المجال على استيعاب التزايد السكاني السريع، والكشف عن ملامح المدينة مستقبلا، خصوصا فيما يتعلق بأفضلية مسارات التوسع المستقبلي ومدى ملاءمتها مع الاختيارات المكانية للمشاريع المبرمجة من قبل المخططين.

Urban growth in Morocco is characterized by its rapid pace as a result of several factors, the most important of which are: increasing demographic growth (natural increase and net migration), increasing economic and social activities and their concentration, and the importance of infrastructure. This calls for tracking and forecasting this growth, in order to prepare planning studies to direct urban expansion and absorb the demographic surplus in an organized manner. In this context, we will try to rely on cartographic modeling, by employing geographic information systems in order to predict the future spatial expansion of the centers of the Nador region, and try to build scenarios that reflect the ability of the field to absorb the rapid population increase, and to reveal the features of the city in the future, especially with regard to the preference of future expansion paths. And their suitability with the spatial choices of the projects programmed by the planners.

La croissance urbaine au Maroc se caractérise par son rythme rapide en raison de plusieurs facteurs dont les plus importants sont: l'augmentation de la croissance démographique (accroissement naturel et solde migratoire), l'augmentation des activités économiques et sociales et leur concentration, et l'importance des infrastructures. Cela nécessite de suivre et de prévoir cette croissance, afin de préparer des études de planification pour orienter l'expansion urbaine et absorber le surplus démographique de manière organisée. Dans ce contexte, nous essaierons de nous appuyer sur la modélisation cartographique, en employant des systèmes d'information géographique afin de prédire l'expansion spatiale future des centres de la région de Nador, et tenterons de construire des scénarios reflétant la capacité du terrain à absorber la croissance rapide de la population, et de révéler les caractéristiques de la ville dans le futur, notamment en ce qui concerne la préférence des voies d'expansion futures. Et leur adéquation avec les choix spatiaux des projets programmés par les aménageurs.
