المستخلص: This study aims to identify common posture deviations among bodybuilding practitioners in the state of Tebessa. The researcher employed a descriptive analytical method, selecting a purposive sample of 51 individuals and an additional 5 individuals for an exploratory sample from the bodybuilding community, totalling 270 athletes. APECS was used to measure posture deviations, complemented by a questionnaire to determine their causes. Among the sample, the most prevalent posture deviations included shoulder droop (31.37%), head tilt (27.45%), knee misalignment (9.8%), and forward head posture (7.84%). The researcher attributed these deviations to training programs lacking scientific foundations and principles. Moreover, the absence of competent coaching in technical aspects, load management, nutrition, and recovery were identified as significant contributing factors.
