|a جاءت هذه الدراسة كقراءة سوسيولوجية تحليلية لفهم واقع ومستقبل الجامعة على ضوء التغيرات والحتمية العالمية التي فرضت فلسفة واستراتيجية وواقعا جديدا، ونهدف منها إلى تسليط الضوء عن الاتجاه العالمي الجديد وأولويات الجامعة العصرية في تقديم الدعم الكافي والمساهمة في التنمية من خلال أدوارها المعرفية والبحثية، سواء من حيث المرافقة وتقديم الأفكار المبدعة لمختلف قطاعات الإنتاج وتقديم المشورة، أو من حيث الاستشارات وخلق المشاريع والتأطير وغيرها من الأدوار الجديدة المنوطة بالبعد البنيوي والوظيفي للجامعة المتجددة من خلال مجريات البحوث العلمية وتعزيز دور الشراكة والتفاعل مع كل فعاليات النشاط الاقتصادي التنموي للبلد.
|b This study came as an analytical sociological reading to understand the reality and future of the university in light of the global changes and inevitability that imposed a new philosophy, strategy, and reality. We aim to shed light on the new global trend and the priorities of the modern university in providing adequate support and contributing to development through its cognitive and research roles, both in terms of Accompanying and presenting creative ideas to various sectors of production and providing advice, or in terms of consulting, creating projects, supervision and other new roles assigned to the structural and functional dimension of the renewed university through the course of scientific research and enhancing the role of partnership and interaction with all activities of the country’s economic development activity.
