المستخلص: Discussing electoral behavior, especially within the Algerian context, compels us to examine a system that varies significantly across different nations. At its core, elections are inherently a facet of democratic practice. As commonly understood, elections encapsulate a broad and complex process, encompassing the elections themselves, legal frameworks, and a modern political culture. Collectively, these elements constitute an integral system; if any component falters, the entire democratic framework may be jeopardized. The evolution of democracy in any system, irrespective of ideological alignment, necessitates mechanisms that integrate diverse political forces. These mechanisms are crucial, often exerting a significant influence on the political process. They help regulate and institutionalize democratic norms within electoral practices for both individuals and political parties, facilitating peaceful transitions of power and enabling varied political entities to engage in the political arena. This raises a pertinent question: What is the reality of electoral behavior in Algeria?
