|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من الكفاءة السيكومترية لمقياس الذكاء العاطفي لدى عينة من طلاب المرحلة الثانوية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (۱۲۱) طالبا وطالبة من طلاب هذه المرحلة وتراوحت أعمارهم بين (۱٥-۱۸) عاما بمتوسط عمرى قدره (05.17)، وانحراف معياري قدره (1.87)، وطبقت الباحثة مقياس الذكاء العاطفي (إعداد الباحثة) والمكون من ۲۸ عبارة، موزعة على الأبعاد التالية وهم: الوعي الذاتي ويندرج تحته (۷) عبارات، وبعد تنظيم الذات ويندرج تحته (۷) عبارات، وبعد المهارات الاجتماعية ويندرج تحته (۷) عبارات، وبعد إدارة العلاقات ويندرج تحته (۷) عبارات، وقد تم التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس باستخدام التحليل العاملي التوكيدي والاتساق الداخلي، كما قامت الباحثة بحساب ثبات المقياس بطريقتين هما: طريقة ألفا كرونباخ وطريقة التجزئة النصفية لأبعاد المقياس، وقد أسفرت النتائج عن تمتع المقياس بدرجة عالية من الصدق والثبات وصالحيته للتطبيق على عينة البحث، وقد توصلت النتائج إلى تمتع مقياس الذكاء العاطفي لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية العامة بدرجة عالية من الصدق والثبات، مما يعني أنه صالح للتطبيق لأغراض البحث العلمي، وأنه أداة موثوقة وصالحة لتقييم خاصية الذكاء العاطفي.
|b The current study aimed to verify the psychometric efficiency of the emotional intelligence scale among a sample of high school students. The sample consisted of 121 male and female students from this stage, with ages ranging from 15 to 18 years, and an average age of 17.05 years, with a standard deviation of 1.87. The researcher applied the emotional intelligence scale (developed by the researcher), which consists of 28 items distributed across the following dimensions: self-awareness, which includes 7 items; self-regulation, which includes 7 items; social skills, which includes 7 items; and relationship management, which includes 7 items. The psychometric properties of the scale were verified using confirmatory factor analysis and internal consistency. The researcher also calculated the reliability of the scale using two methods: Cronbach's alpha and the split-half method for the dimensions of the scale. The results indicated that the scale possesses a high degree of validity and reliability, making it suitable for application to the research sample. The findings concluded that the emotional intelligence scale for high school students has a high degree of validity and reliability, indicating that it is suitable for scientific research purposes and is a reliable tool for assessing the trait of emotional intelligence.
