المستخلص: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار كيف تهدف المبادرة الملكية الأطلسية إلى تحويل منطقة الأفرو-أطلسية إلى فضاء للأمن والازدهار المشترك ودمج المهاجرين في سياق يتسم بتغير الديناميات الجيوسياسية بشكل سريع، وأصبحت فيه الهجرة تحديًا حاسمًا للاستقرار الإقليمي، إلى أي مدى يمكن للمبادرة الملكية الأطلسية أن تستجيب للتحديات الجيوسياسية الجديدة للهجرة في منطقة المغرب العربي؟ كيف تسهم هذه المبادرة في إعادة تعريف استراتيجيات الهجرة وتعزيز إعادة دمج المهاجرين بشكل متناغم في منطقة تواجه تحديات معقدة مثل النزاعات الإقليمية والأزمات الاقتصادية وضغوط الهجرة المتزايدة؟ في هذا الإطار، الهدف الأساسي من هذه الإشكالية هو تحليل تأثير المبادرة الأطلسية على إدارة وتنظيم تدفقات الهجرة في المغرب العربي، من خلال دراسة الاستجابات للتحديات الجيوسياسية الحالية وتقييم التأثيرات المحتملة لتحسين دمج المهاجرين في هذه المنطقة الاستراتيجية. لتحقيق ذلك، سنسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة أولاً إلى فهم أفضل لفلسفة الهجرة والأساليب الجديدة للاندماج. وثانيًا، سنقوم بتحليل الروابط السببية بين هذه العوامل وآفاق تطورها المختلفة في ضوء المبادرة الملكية الأطلسية. للإجابة على السؤال المركزي لدراستنا والأسئلة الفرعية التي تنبثق عنها، قمنا بتقسيم عملنا إلى فصلين: في الفصل الأول، سنقوم بدراسة السياق والملامح والأسس الداخلية والدولية لقضية الهجرة واندماج المهاجرين. ثم في الفصل الثاني، سنحلل التحديات وآفاق دمج المهاجرين في ضوء المبادرة الملكية الأطلسية.

This study aims to primarily demonstrate how the Royal Atlantic Initiative seeks to transform the Afro-Atlantic region into a space of security and shared prosperity, with a focus on migrant integration. In a context where geopolitical dynamics are rapidly shifting and migration has become a critical challenge for regional stability, to what extent can the Royal Atlantic Initiative address the new geopolitical challenges of migration in the Maghreb region? How does this initiative contribute to redefining migration strategies and promoting the harmonious reintegration of migrants in a region facing complex challenges such as regional conflicts, economic crises, and increasing migration pressures? In this framework, the primary objective of this study is to analyze the impact of the Atlantic Initiative on the management and regulation of migration flows in the Maghreb, examining the responses to current geopolitical challenges and evaluating potential influences for improving migrant integration in this strategic region. To achieve this, we will first seek to better understand the philosophy of migration and new approaches to integration. Secondly, we will analyze the causal links between these factors and the various perspectives for evolution in light of the Royal Atlantic Initiative. To address the central question of our study and the related sub-questions, we have divided our work into two chapters: First, we will study the context, contours, and internal and international foundations of migration and migrant integration (Chapter I). Then, the second part will analyze the stakes and perspectives of migrant integration in light of the Royal Atlantic Initiative (Chapter II).

Cette étude se fixe comme objectif de démontrer essentiellement en quoi la nouvelle approche mise en place par le roi Mohamed VI pour l'Atlantique ambitionne de faire de la région atlantique une zone de sécurité et de prospérité partagée, ainsi qu’à favoriser l’intégration des migrants. Dans un contexte où les dynamiques géopolitiques évoluent précipitamment et où la migration est devenue un défi crucial pour la stabilité régionale, dans quelle mesure l'Initiative Royale Atlantique peut-elle répondre aux nouveaux enjeux géopolitiques de la migration dans l'espace maghrébin? Comment cette initiative contribue-t-elle à redéfinir les stratégies migratoires et à favoriser une réintégration harmonieuse des migrants dans une region confrontée à des défis complexes tels que les conflits régionaux, les crises économiques, et les pressions migratoires croissantes? Dans ce cadre, L'objectif primordial de cette étude est d'analyser l'influence de l'Initiative Atlantique sur la gestion et la régulation des flux migratoires au Maghreb, en analysant les réponses apportées aux défis géopolitiques actuels et en évaluant les influences potentielles pour améliorer l'intégration des migrants dans cette région stratégique. Pour ce faire Nous allons essayer à travers cette étude d’une part de mieux comprendre la philosophie de la migration, et les nouvelles approches de l’intégration. D’autre part, analyser les liens de causalité entre eux et les différentes perspectives d’évolution à l’aune de l’initiative royale pour l’atlantique. Afin de répondre à la question centrale de notre étude et aux sous questions qui en découlent, nous avons scindé notre travail en deux chapitres : Nous allons étudier en premier temps le contexte, les contours et les soubassements internes et internationaux de la question de la migration et de l’intégration des immigrées (I). Ensuite, la seconde partie, elle analysera les enjeux et les perspectives de l’intégration des immigrés à l’aune de l’initiative royale atlantique (II).
