|b Eco-design is an approach included in the concept of circular economy. While eco-design tends to reduce the environmental impact of a product, the circular economy seeks to make society as a whole less polluting and more resource-efficient while pursuing the goal of economic growth and creation. jobs. |d L'écoconception est une démarche incluse dans le concept d'économie circulaire. Si l'écoconception tend à diminuer les impacts environnementaux d'un produit, l'économie circulaire cherche à rendre la société dans son ensemble moins polluante et plus sobre dans l'utilisation des ressources tout en poursuivant l'objectif de croissance économique et de création d'emplois. Dans ce contexte, La mise en œuvre de l'écoconception pour l'économie circulaire implique différents types d'innovations en termes de produit et service, mais aussi de procédés, de méthodes de commercialisation (comme l'économie de la fonctionnalité), d'organisation (de gouvernance territoriale) et de communication lié à la traçabilité et à l'implication des parties prenantes, afin d'atteindre le développement durable.
