|a انبثقت التكنولوجيا كثورة كفيلة بإحداث آثار على مختلف جوانب الإنسانية خاصة مع انتشار الذكاء الاصطناعي ومنجزاته الراسمة لخريطة كونية جديدة، هذا ما دفع الحكومات والمؤسسات والشركات الدولية إلى استغلال تطبيقاته لتحقيق مشاريع للتعافي الأخضر والخروج من الأزمة البيئية التي تعود إلى اللحظة الفلسفية التأسيسية للعصور الحديثة وتلك الثنائية التي أفرزت الأنا في مقابل المادة، وكانت الأنا قد سيطرت على الطبيعة وحولت أسرارها إلى قوانين تتحكم فيها فاستنزفت العديد من خيرات الطبيعة وسببت في تدهور الأراضي، وتلوث المحيطات والهواء والشعب المرجانية، فكان الملاذ هو تطبيق مشروع المدينة الذكية. لذلك فإن هذه الورقة البحثية ستسلط الضوء على كيفية وضع حد للأزمة البيئية من خلال الدمج بين الذكاء الاصطناعي والتخطيط الذي للمدن، باعتباره مشروعا للتنمية المستدامة والمساهمة للحد من التدهور البيئي وفق استراتيجيات مدروسة والسعي نحو تجاوز التحديات التي تعترضها ببناء بنية تحتية ذكية مرتبطة بكل تفاصيلها.
|b Technology emerged as a revolution capable of making effects on various aspects of humanity, with the spread of artificial intelligence drawing a new global map , this is what prompted governments, and international companies to exploit its applications to achieve green recovery projects and get out of the environmental crisis that dates back to philosophical moment of modern times and that duality that produced the ego and matter, the ego had controlled nature, depleting many of nature's bounties causing land degradation, Pollution of oceans, air, coral reefs. The haven was the implementation of smart city project. Therefore, this research paper will shed light on how to put an end to the environmental crisis by artificial intelligence and smart planning for cities, as a sustainable development project and contributing to reducing environmental degradation according to well-studied strategies to overcome the challenges faces by building smart infrastructure linked to all its details.
