|a هدفت الدراسة إلى استكشاف متطلبات نموذج الإشراف التربوي من الجوانب المهنية والفنية والتقنية وفقاً لآراء الخبراء في الإشراف التربوي بسلطنة عمان. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي مع الاستعانة بأسلوب دلفي لجمع البيانات من خلال مرحلتين من الاستبانات، وذلك بهدف الوصول إلى نتائج دقيقة تستند إلى الخبرة العملية للمشرفين. وأسفرت النتائج عن تحديد (۷) متطلبات مهنية حصلت بمتوسط حسابي بلغ ٤,٧١، و(٥) متطلبات فنية بمتوسط حسابي ٤,٧٤، و(۱۲) متطلباً تقنياً بمتوسط حسابي ٤,٦٨، وجميع المتطلبات درجة موافقتها عالية حسب آراء الخبراء التربويين، وبذلك تم تحديد المتطلبات المهنية والفنية والتقنية لتطبيق نموذج الإشراف التربوي المدمج.
|b This study aimed to explore the requirements of the educational supervision model in terms of professional, technical, and technological aspects in light of modern trends in educational supervision, according to the views of experts in educational supervision in the Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the study's objectives, the descriptive-analytical method was adopted, utilizing the Delphi technique for data collection through two phases of questionnaires, with the aim of obtaining precise results based on the practical experience of the supervisors. The results identified seven professional requirements with a high level of agreement, with an overall mean of 4.71, five technical requirements with an overall mean of 4.74, and twelve technological requirements with an overall mean of 4.68. Thus, the professional, technical, and technological requirements for implementing the blended educational supervision model were determined.
