|a تواجه اللغة العربية تحديات عديدة في عالم اليوم، خاصة مع انتشار تقنية الحاسوب، بسبب عيوبها في رسم الخط وتعدد أشكال الحروف وغياب توحيد نظام الكتابة الصوتي. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل إشكالية الكتابة العربية في ضوء التطور التقني ودراسة جهود إصلاحها عبر التاريخ، وتقديم اقتراحات وحلول مستقبلية. وزع البحث على أقسام تتناول اللسانيات الحاسوبية ودورها في فهم اللغة وربطها بالذكاء الاصطناعي، وتاريخ تطور الخط العربي ومراحله، والجهود الحديثة لإصلاح الكتابة العربية من خلال مقاربة دعاة استبدال الحروف العربية باللاتينية مقابل دعاة إصلاح الخط العربي بمقترحات مختلفة، ثم تناول البحث البرمجة الحاسوبية والكتابة العربية والتحديات التي تواجهها، وطرق إدخال الحرف العربي في الحاسوب ومستويات تصميمه. وختم البحث بالتأكيد على أهمية تقييس نظم الكتابة العربية لضمان تبادل المعلومات بين العرب، مع تقديم توصيات مستقبلية لإصلاح الكتابة العربية، والتركيز على دور اللسانيات الحاسوبية في تطوير اللغة العربية، وضرورة توحيد جهود العرب للحفاظ على لغتهم وتراثهم.
|b The Arabic language faces numerous challenges in today's world, especially with the proliferation of computer technology. These challenges stem from the inherent shortcomings in its script, including variations in letter forms and the lack of a unified phonetic writing system. This research aims to analyze the problematic nature of Arabic writing in light of technological advancements, examine historical efforts to reform it, and propose future solutions. The research is divided into sections exploring computational linguistics and its role in understanding language and its connection to artificial intelligence; the history of Arabic script development and its stages; and modern attempts to reform Arabic writing by comparing advocates of replacing Arabic letters with the Latin alphabet with those advocating for script reform through various proposals. The research then delves into computer programming and Arabic writing, addressing the challenges they present and exploring methods of inputting Arabic characters into computers and the levels of their design. Finally, the research concludes by emphasizing the importance of standardizing Arabic writing systems to ensure information exchange among Arabs. It offers future recommendations for reforming Arabic writing, highlighting the role of computational linguistics in developing the Arabic language and stressing the need for unified efforts among Arabs to preserve their language and heritage.
