|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج إرشادي مبني على نظرية روجرز في تحسين مستوى مهارات الإرشاد وتقدير الذات لدى المرشدين في الأردن، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (۸۰) مرشدا ومرشدة في مدينة عمان، بينما تكونت عينة الدراسة من مجموعتين (المجموعة الضابطة المجموعة التجريبية) بواقع (۲۰) مرشدا من الذكور والإناث في كل مجموعة، واستخدمت الدراسة مقياس المهارات الإرشادية، ومقياس تقدير الذات والبرنامج الإرشادي القائم على نظرية روجرز، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي. حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ظاهرية بين المتوسطات الحسابية القبلية للمجموعة التجريبية مقارنة بالمتوسطات الحسابية القبلية للمجموعة الضابطة، وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين الدرجات البعدية للمجموعتين، وارتفاع في مستوى مهارات الاتصال والتواصل لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، وارتفاع في مستوى مهارات حل المشكلات لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، وارتفاع في مستوى مهارات إدارة الوقت لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، وارتفاع في مستوى تقييم المرشد لقدراته وصفاته لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، الفروق كانت لصالح الإناث في المجموعة التجريبية، مما يدل على أن الإناث أكثر استجابة لبرنامج التدريب في تحسين المهارات الإرشادية.
|b The Effectiveness of Counseling Program based on Roger's Theory in Improving the Level of Counseling Skills and Self-esteem of Counselors in Jordan The current study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a counseling program based on Rogers' theory in improving the level of counseling skills and self-esteem among counselors in Jordan, where the study population consisted of (80) male and female counselors in Amman, while the study sample consisted of two groups (the control group, the group experimental) by (20) male and female mentors in each group, and the study used the counseling skills scale, the self-esteem scale, and the counseling program based on Rogers' theory, and the study followed the semi-experimental approach Where the results of the study showed that there were apparent differences between the tribal arithmetic averages of the experimental group compared to the tribal arithmetic averages of the control group, and the presence of statistically significant differences between the post scores of the two groups, an increase in the level of communication and communication skills in favor of the experimental group, an increase in the level of problem-solving skills in favor of the experimental group, a rise In the level of time management skills in favor of the experimental group, an increase in the level of the counselor's evaluation of his abilities and qualities in favor of the experimental group, the differences were in favor of the females in the experimental group, which indicates that females are more responsive to the training program in improving counseling skills.
