المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة تحديد مستوى المناخ التنظيمي على المستوى المحلي، تحديد مستوى المشاركة في صنع القرار التخطيطي على المستوى المحلى تحديد أكثر متغيرات المناخ التنظيمي تدعيما للمشاركة في صنع القرار التخطيطي على المستوى المحلي، تحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه إسهامات المناخ التنظيمي في تدعيم المشاركة في صنع القرار التخطيطي على المستوى المحلى، محاولة التوصل إلى خطة عمل تنفيذية مقترحة لتفعيل إسهامات المناخ التنظيمي في تدعيم المشاركة في صنع القرار التخطيطي على المستوى المحلى، وتعد هذه الدراسة من نمط الدراسات الوصفية التي تستهدف تحديد العلاقة بين المناخ التنظيمي (كمتغير مستقل) والمشاركة في صنع القرار التخطيطي على المستوى المحلى (كمتغير تابع). واعتمدت الدراسة على استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للمسئولين بالمجلس التنفيذي بمركز السنبلاوين محافظة الدقهلية، والمسئولين بالمجلس التنفيذي بقرية كفر غنام مركز السنبلاوين محافظة الدقهلية وعددهم (۷۳) مفردة. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في استبيان للمسئولين. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى قبول الفرض الرئيس للدراسة وفروضه الفرعية والذي مؤداه "توجد علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المناخ التنظيمي والمشاركة في صنع القرار التخطيطي على المستوى المحلى" والتوصل إلى خطة عمل تنفيذية مقترحة لتفعيل إسهامات المناخ التنظيمي في تدعيم المشاركة في صنع القرار التخطيطي على المستوى المحلى.

The study aimed to determine the level of the organizational climate at the local level, to determine the level of participation in planning decision-making at the local level, to identify the most variables of the organizational climate that support participation in planning decision-making at the local level, to identify the difficulties facing the contributions of the organizational climate in strengthening participation in planning decision-making At the local level, attempt reaching a proposed executive action plan to activate the contributions of the organizational climate in strengthening participation in planning decision-making at the local level. This study is a type of descriptive studies aimed at determining the relationship between the organizational climate (as an independent variable) and participation in planning decision-making at the local level (as a dependent variable). The study relied on the use of a comprehensive social survey approach for the officials of the Executive Council in the Senbellaween Center, Dakahlia Governorate, and the officials of the Executive Council in the village of Kafr Ghanem, the Senbellaween Center, Dakahlia Governorate, and their number was (73) individuals. The tools of the study consisted of a questionnaire for officials, and the results of the study concluded that the main hypothesis of the study and its sub-hypotheses were accepted, according to which there is a statistically significant direct relationship between the organizational climate and participation in planning decision-making at the local level. planning decision-making at the local level.
