|a هدف البحث إلى معرفة واقع البحث العلمي في كليات المجتمع بالجمهورية اليمنية ودوره في التنمية المستدامة، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وطبقت أداة الاستبانة على عينة مكونة من (120) عضوا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات المجتمع، تم اختيارها بطريقة قصدية، واستخدم الباحث الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss) لتحليل البيانات، وأظهرت نتائج البحث: أن واقع البحث العلمي ودوره في التنمية المستدامة جاء بدرجة صغيرة على المستوى الكلي للأداة، بمتوسط حسابي (2.53)، وانحراف معياري (.468)، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائية في دور البحث العلمي في التنمية المستدامة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات المجتمع باختلاف الرتبة العلمية.
|b This research aimed to know the reality of scientific research in community colleges in the Republic of Yemen and its role in sustainable development. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the descriptive survey method, and the questionnaire tool was applied to a sample of (120) teaching stuff members in community colleges, which were deliberately chosen. The researcher used the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) to analyze the data. The results of the research showed: The reality of scientific research and its role in sustainable development came to a small extent at the overall level of the tool, with an arithmetic mean (2.53), and a standard deviation (.468). The results showed that there was no statistically significant differences in the role of scientific research in sustainable development from the point of view of faculty teaching stuff members in community colleges according to the academic rank.
