|a مع بداية سنة 2020، دخلت البشرية منعطفا خطيرا في تاريخها الراهن، تحت تأثير فيروس كورونا كوفيد 19، الذي اجتاح العالم بوتيرة سريعة ومرعبة انطلاقا من الصين، في اتجاه أوربا، ومنها إلى باقي العالم؛ متحديا مختلف الحواجز الطبيعية والسياسية والدينية والتنموية والعرقية... واستمرت معاناة البشرية بشكل رهيب نتيجة لذلك، لفترة تقارب سنة ونصف، أصبحت خلالها كل دول العالم في الغرب والشرق، في الشمال والجنوب، تئن تحت وطأة الخوف والرعب مما يجري ويتفاعل داخلها وحول حدودها. وانقلب إيقاع الحياة عالميا على جميع المستويات. وبدا العالم وكأنه في حالة حرب كونية شاملة، لكنها ضد عدو غير مرئي، إنه: وباء كورونا كوفيد 19، وشكلت أزمة كورونا فرصة تاريخية لتجديد النظر في أثر الأوبئة في مسيرة التاريخ البشري، واستقصاء خبرات وتجارب البشرية في التعامل معها. كما شكلت فرصة مناسبة لإعادة طرح سؤال قيمة المعرفة التاريخية خاصة، والمعرفة الإنسانية والاجتماعية عامة، في بناء وتوجيه الحضارة الإنسانية عبر التاريخ. وهو ما يهدف البحث إلى الإسهام في تحقيقه، من خلال مقاربة تاريخية لأخطر الأزمات الوبائية في التاريخ البشري وآثارها عبر ثلاث نطاقات تاريخية، وهي: التاريخ العالمي، والتاريخ الإسلامي، ثم التاريخ القطري المغربي.
|b With the beginning of the year 2020, humanity entered a dangerous turning point in its current history, under the influence of the Corona virus (Covid 19), which invaded the world at a rapid and terrifying pace from China, towards Europe, and from there to the rest of the world; Defying various natural, political, religious, developmental and ethnic barriers... As a result, humanity continued to suffer terribly, for a period of nearly a year and a half, during which all the countries of the world in the West and East, in the North and the South, groaned under the weight of fear and terror from what was happening and interacting within and around its borders. The global rhythm of life has changed at all levels. The world seemed to be in a state of all-out global war, but it is against an invisible enemy: the Corona Covid-19 epidemic, and the Corona crisis constituted a historic opportunity to revisit the impact of epidemics on the course of human history, and to investigate the experiences and experiences of humanity in dealing with them. It also constituted an appropriate opportunity to re-raise the question of the value of historical knowledge in particular, and human and social knowledge in general, in building and directing human civilization throughout history. This is what the research aims to contribute to achieving, through a historical approach to the most dangerous epidemic crises in human history and their effects across three historical domains: global history, Islamic history, and Moroccan-Qatari history.
