المستخلص: تعددت القراءات للنص الشرعي في العصر الحالي بغية النهضة والتحرر من قيود الجهل والتخلف، ومن هذه القراءات القراءة الحداثية التي تروم قراءة النص الشرعي بمناهج إنسانية حديثة مستوحاة من الفكر الغربي في تعامل مع النص المقدس، تعتمد منهجا خاصا في الفهم والاستنباط، وهي قراءة امتلكت من الجرأة ما جعلها تعيد قضايا في الفكر الإسلامي للنقاش من جديد، من زاوية نظر مغايرة، فاستحقت قراءة نقدية تقويمية. لأنها اعتمدت مناهج غربية تم اعتمادها لنقد النص الديني في الغرب، وإذا كانت قد استطاعت كشف فضح التحريفات التي طالت الكتب المقدسة في الغرب، فإن النص القرآني مغاير لها ومحفوظ من التحريف، وليس بالضرورة أن تعطي المناهج الغربية نفس النتائج التي تم التوصل لها في الغرب، لاختلاف الظروف والحيثيات المصاحبة لتدوين وحفظ الكتب السماوية لدى اليهود والنصارى. ومما يعاب على الحداثيين هو توسلهم بهذه المناهج في التأويل للنص القرآني للوصول إلى المضامين الحداثية الغربية. وستتناول هذه الورقات القراءة الحداثية للنص الديني من حيث المفهوم والقضايا المرتبطة به، منتقدا مناهج وأدوات التأويل، ثم مبرزا عيوب الإسقاط الحداثي لهذه المناهج على النص القرآني من غير تأصيل ولا تمحيص أو تكييف، ثم نقد الرؤية الحداثية للمدخل المقاصدي في فهم الشريعة الإسلامية وتطبيقها. واصفا لهذه القراءة، ومعلقا عليها ومنتقدا لها.

In the current era, there have been many readings of the Sharia text in order to revive and free ourselves from the shackles of ignorance and backwardness, and one of these readings is the modern reading, which aims to read the Sharia text with modern humanistic approaches Inspired by Western thought in dealing with the holy text, adopting a special approach in understanding and deduction. Because it has adopted Western approaches that have been adopted to criticize the religious text in the West, and if it has been able to expose the distortions that have affected the holy books in the West, the Quranic text is different and protected from distortion, and Western approaches do not necessarily give the same results that have been reached in the West, due to the different circumstances and reasons accompanying the recording and preservation of the heavenly books among Jews and Christians. What is to be blamed on the modernists is that they use these methods of interpreting the Quranic text to reach the Western modernist contents. These papers will deal with the modernist reading of the religious text in terms of concept and issues related to it, criticizing the methods and tools of interpretation, then highlighting the disadvantages of the modernist projection of these approaches on the Quranic text without rooting, scrutinizing or adapting, and then criticizing the modernist vision of the Maqasid approach to understanding islamic law and its application. Describing this reading, commenting on it and criticizing it.
