|a تناول هذا البحث موضوع كفاءة الخدمات التعليمية بمنطقة الرجبان بليبيا وقد اشتمل على مقدمة علمية توضح أهداف الدراسة والتعريف بجغرافية الخدمات وشلت أيضا على موقع المنطقة الجغرافي وإشارة إلى عدد السكان مستدل بخريطة جغرافية حديثة ومن خلال الدراسة قسم الباحث المراحل التعليمية إلى مرحلتين أولهم مرحلة التعليم الأساسي وتشمل مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي والإعدادي والمرحلة الثانية مرحلة التعليم المتوسط (الثانوي، والتعليم المهني) وقد اعتمد الباحث في دراسة وتقييم مدى الكفاءة التعليمية بالمنطقة إلى عدة معايير تخطيطية للدولة ومدى ومن أهم هذه المعايير التوزيع الجغرافي والتلاميذ بالمنطقة وما تقدمه المدرسة من خدمات للسكان بالإضافة إلى معيار التوزيع الجغرافي للتلاميذ ومعلمي وكذلك توزيع المعلمين والفصول بالمدرسة ومعيار حساب كثافة الفصول التعليمية ومتوسط عدد الفصول بالمدرسة وأيضا متوسط عند التلاميذ بالمدارس وبعد دراسة وحساب هذه المعايير وتوضيحها بالخرائط والجداول والأرقام استنتج الباحث إلى عدة نتائج أوضحها في عدة نقاض في خلاصة في نهاية البحث.
|b This research addresses the topic of educational service efficiency in the Rajban region of Libya. It includes a scientific introduction that outlines the study's objectives and provides an overview of the geography of services. The study also covers the geographic location of the region and references the population size, supported by a recent geographic map. The researcher divided the educational stages into two phases. The first phase is basic education, which includes primary and preparatory education. The second phase covers intermediate education, including secondary and vocational education. To assess and evaluate the educational efficiency in the region, the researcher relied on several state planning criteria, focusing on key factors such as the geographic distribution of students in the region and the services provided by schools to the local population. Key criteria include the geographic distribution of students and teachers, the allocation of teachers and classrooms within schools, classroom density, the average number of classrooms per school, and the average number of students per school. After analyzing and calculating these criteria, and presenting them through maps, tables, and figures, the researcher reached several conclusions, which were summarized in several points at the end of the research.
