المستخلص: تناولت الدراسة الاستراتيجية العسكرية التقليدية والحديثة ومدى تأثير التطور في تغير شكل الحروب ودوافعها وفاعلية التأثيرات الخارجية لنشوبها واستخدامها لعناصر داخلية لتنفيذ الأجندة، وبروز محددات تأطر نوع المهددات وتحدد أنماط التحالفات التي تقود لتحديد أساليب وأدوات الصراع وتشخيص مآلات الأوضاع الحالية والخيارات المستقبلية، في ضوء تباين وتعدد الرؤى والاستقطاب الحاد، تهدف الدراسة إلى التعريف بالاستراتيجية العسكرية التقليدية والحديثة وأهميتها في تحليل واستشراف شكل الصراعات المستقبلية، تتلخص مشكلة الدراسة في استقراء مدى تأثير تطور الاستراتيجية العسكرية التقليدية والحديثة ومدى تأثير التطور في تغير شكل الحروب ودوافعها، ويتفرع منها ماهية الاستراتيجية العسكرية التقليدية والحديثة ودورها في التطور في تغير شكل الحروب؟ كيفية مجابهة الاستقطاب وصراع الأقطاب؟ وماهية التأثيرات الخارجية في اندلاع الحروب؟ سلكت الدراسة: المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، الاستشرافي. توصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها: أن تطور الاستراتيجية العسكرية التقليدية أسهم في تغيير نمط الحرب وشكلها وفترة استمرارها وطول وقصر أمدها، تعد التحالفات الاستراتيجية وسيلة ناجعة في تحييد المواجهات المباشرة ذات الكلفة المادية والبشرية العالية، التوازن الاستراتيجي في العلاقات يتيح فرص الاستفادة من تقاطع المصالح، لكونه يحدد ويأطر المصالح الوطنية ويبين الوسائل ويستنبط ردود الأفعال. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات أهمها: استخدام التقدم التقني الذي يسهم في عملية توازن القوى ويوفر الردع المشترك، وضرورة وجود تحالفات إقليمية ودولية لكبح شدة التنافس على دول الموارد الاقتصادية والمواقع الاستراتيجية.

The study dealt with traditional and modern military strategy and the extent of the influence of development on changing the form of wars and their motives, the effectiveness of external influences in spreading them to their elements so that there is no agenda, and the emergence of determinants that frame the type of threats and identified the effective influences that led to controlling conflicts and diagnosing future outcomes and future options, in the light of multiple and diverse visions and sharp polarization. The study aims to introduce the traditional and modern military strategy and its importance in analyzing Arab innovations shaped by future conflicts. The problem of the study is summed up in extrapolating the influence over the years of the traditional and modern military strategy and the extent of the impact of development on changing the form of wars and their motives, and the nature of traditional and modern military strategy and their role in development in changing the form of wars? How to confront polarization and the conflict of polarities? What are the external influences on the outbreak of wars? The study took: descriptive, analytical, prospective approach. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The development of traditional military strategy contributed to changing the pattern and form of war, its duration, length and short duration. Strategic alliances are an effective means in neutralizing direct confrontations with high material and human costs, strategic balance in relations provides opportunities to benefit from the intersection of interests, because it defines and frames national interests, indicates means, and elicits reactions. The study reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: using technical progress that contributes to the balance of power process and provides joint deterrence. The necessity of having regional and international alliances to curb the intensity of competition over countries’ economic resources and strategic locations.
