|a تسلط الدراسة الضوء على مستقبل الأمن الصحي في قارة إفريقيا، انطلاقا من أحد محدداته الأساسية وهي البيئة، وخاصة من زاوية تغير المناخ. حيث تركز إشكالية البحث على مؤشرات وانعكاس هذا التغير على مستقبل الأمن الصحي في إفريقيا. واعتمادا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، الذي تم اعتماده من أجل تأكيد فرضية وجود ارتباط بين الظاهرتين، فقد بينت النتائج أن المؤشرات الأساسية لتغير المناخ، تساهم في خلق بيئة تشجع على ظهور وسرعة انتشار الأوبئة، بسبب ما ينجم عنها من تنامي الأسباب المباشرة وغير المباشرة لانعدام الأمن الصحي. لذلك نخلص إلى أن تحقيق الأمن الصحي في إفريقيا يستدعي تمتين وتفعيل المواثيق الوطنية والدولية في اتجاه تحمل دول القارة، ومعها الدول الكبرى، مسؤولياتها في هذا الإطار.
|b The study sheds light on future health security in the continent of Africa, based on its essential determinant which is the environment, especially from the perspective of climate change. Hence, the research problem focuses on indicators and the reflection of this change on future health security in Africa. Depending on the prescriptive analytical approach that is adopted in order to confirm the hypothesis of a link between the two phenomena, the results have shown that the basic indicators of climate change contribute to creating an environment that encourages the émergence and a rapid spread of epidemics due to the resulting rowth of direct and indirect health insecurity. Therefore, we conclude that achieving health security in Africa requires strengthening and activating national and international covenants talking into account that the countries of the continent, alongside the major countries, assume their responsibilities in this context.
