|a يهدف هذا البحث بشكل رئيسي إلى التعرف على دور الرؤية الاستراتيجية بعيدة المدى في استدامة منظمات المجتمع المدني في سورية، كونها من أهم متطلبات الإدارة الحديثة في وقتنا المعاصر، حيث تم مناقشة هذا البحث من خلال الإجابة على تساؤل رئيسي حول ما هو دور الرؤية الاستراتيجية بعيدة المدى في استدامة منظمات المجتمع المدني في سورية؟ وقد اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لقياس المتغير المستقل (الرؤية الاستراتيجية) والمتغير التابع (الاستدامة)، وكذلك في اختبار الفرضية البديلة القائلة بوجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين صياغة الرؤية الاستراتيجية واستدامة منظمات المجتمع المدني في سورية، علما أن مجتمع البحث يمثل منظمات المجتمع المدني في سورية، أما عينة البحث فكانت عينة عشوائية بعدد (43) مفردة من العاملين في تلك المنظمات، وقام الباحث بتصميم استبانة مكونة من (20) عبارة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات من العينة المبحوثة وتحليلها باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS، وكانت من أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لمحور ممارسة المنظمة لعملها وفق رؤية استراتيجية بعيدة المدى في تأثيره على الاستدامة، كما أوصى الباحث بأن يسعى أصحاب القرار في منظمات المجتمع المدني في سورية كأولوية إلى ممارسة المنظمة لعملها وأنشطتها وفق رؤية استراتيجية بعيدة المدى منبثق عنها خطة استراتيجية.
|b This research aims mainly to identify the role of the long-term strategic vision in the sustainability of civil society organizations in Syria, Being one of the most important requirements of modern management in our contemporary time, This research was discussed by answering a main question: What is the role of the long-term strategic vision in the sustainability of civil society organizations in Syria? The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical method to measure the independent variable (strategic vision) and the dependent variable (sustainability), As well as testing the alternative hypothesis that there is a statistically significant relationship between the formulation of the strategic vision and the sustainability of civil society organizations in Syria, Note that the research community represents civil society organizations in Syria, The research sample was a random sample of (43) individuals working in those organizations, The researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (20) statements to collect information and data from the sample studied and analyze it using the statistical program SPSS, One of the most important results reached by the researcher was that there was a statistically significant impact on the focus of the organization’s practice of its work according to a long-term strategic vision in its impact on sustainability, The researcher also recommended that decision-makers in accordance with a long-term strategic vision from strategic plan.
