|a يسعى هذا البحث إلى مناقشة (فاعلية وسائل الإعلام في تعزيز العلاقات والتواصل بين دولة تشاد والسودان)، وكذلك إبراز دور الإعلام في تعزيز العلاقة والتواصل بين الشعبين، وتوضيح الوشائج والخصال التي تربطهما، والوقوف على أهم الملامح والسمات الثقافية والاجتماعية. استخدم الباحثان المنهج والطريقة الوصفية التحليلية لواقع التواصل بين الدولتين في الماضي والحاضر، وما مستقبل العلاقة بينهما، واعتمد البحث على أدوات المقابلة والملاحظة، إضافة إلى الوثائق والأرشيف والدراسات التي كتبت في هذا الموضوع. وأوصى البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها: ضرورة توجيه الإعلام في البلدين للقيام بتغطية القضايا المشتركة التي تخص الشعبين؛ التنسيق المشترك بين أجهزة الإعلام في البلدين للحد من الأخطار التي تهدد أمن البلدين؛ وتفعيل الاتفاقيات والبرتوكولات الخاصة بربط البلدين بالتكنولوجيا الحديثة في مجال الاتصال.
|b This research seeks to discuss (the effectiveness of the media in strengthening relations and communication between the State of Chad and Sudan), As well as highlighting the role of the media in strengthening the relationship and communication between the two peoples, clarifying the ties and characteristics that bind them, and identifying the most important cultural and social features and characteristics. The researchers used the descriptive analytical approach and method to examine the reality of communication between the two countries in the past and present, and what is the future of the relationship between them. The research relied on interview and observation tools, in addition to documents, archives, and studies written on this topic. The research recommended to: lead the media of both countries to cover common issues that concern the peoples. ensure joined coordination between the media of the two countries to reduce security threats. activate agreements and protocols to connect the two countries with modern technology in the field of communication.
