المستخلص: تناول هذا البحث خمس مسائل نحوية في الحال نبه إليها ابن جنى في كتابه "التنبيه على شرح مشكلات الحماسة"، بدراستها دراسة نحوية تحليلية. والحال باب من أبواب النحو التي حظيت باهتمام علماء العربية القدماء والمتأخرين. ولما كان لابن جني من إسهامات جلية وبصمات واضحة في مجالات علوم اللغة المتشعبة، قام هذا البحث بتتبع مسائل الحال التي تعرض لها في هذا الكتاب؛ لإبراز نوع من إبداعاته أو ملكاته اللغوية، ولا سيما مدى تبحره في جانب النحو، وناقش آراءه فيه بالتحليل- إثر عرض تعليقاته على كل بيت من أبيات الحماسة التي فيها مسائل الحال- مناقشة علمية في ضوء أقواله في كتبه الأخرى، وتقصي آراء النحويين على اختلاف مذاهبهم، لاكتشاف من يوافقه منهم على آرائه، ومن يخالفه منهم عليها حول هذه المسائل. وقد توصل إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: 1- رأى ابن جني جواز تقدير الحال بعد العامل والمعمول له وإعطاء ما بعدهما حركتها للمجاورة، وذلك على مذهب سيبويه؛ 2- موافقة ابن جني مذهب سيبويه وجمهور النحويين على جواز حذف عامل الحال أو إضماره؛ 3- وافق ابن جني سيبويه على جواز مجيء الحال من المبتدأ خلافا لما ذهب إليه الجمهور في منع ذلك. وأوصت بضرورة الاعتناء بدراسة كتب ابن جني النحوية المختلفة، وتقصي تعقيباته وآرائه في مسائل الحال النحوية فيها، ومقارنتها بآراء غيره من العلماء حولها في مصنفاتهم المتشعبة.

This research deals with five grammatical issues in the case that Ibn Jinni drew attention to in his book "Al-Tanbih ala Sharh Mushkilat Al-Hamasa", by studying them in a syntactic and analytical study. The case is a chapter of grammar that received the attention of ancient and modern Arabic scholars. Since Ibn Jinni had clear contributions and clear fingerprints in the diverse fields of linguistic sciences, this study followed the case issues that he addressed in this book; to highlight a kind of his creativity or linguistic talents, especially the extent of his immersion in the aspect of grammar, and discussed his opinions in it analytically- after presenting his comments on each verse of Al-Hamasa that contains case issues- a scientific discussion in light of his statements in his other books, and investigating the opinions of grammarians of different schools of thought, to discover who among them agrees with him on his opinions, and who among them disagrees with him on these issues. It reached a number of results, the most important of which are: 1- Ibn Jinni saw the permissibility of estimating the state after the agent and the object and giving what follows them its movement due to proximity, according to the doctrine of Sibawayh. 2- Ibn Jinni agreed with the doctrine of Sibawayh and the majority of grammarians on the permissibility of deleting the agent of the state or implying it. 3- Ibn Jinni agreed with Sibawayh on the permissibility of the state coming from the subject, contrary to what the majority went to in preventing that... Finally, it recommended that researchers in the various fields of Arabic language sciences, especially the field of grammar, pay more attention to studying Ibn Jinni’s various grammatical books, and investigate his comments and opinions on the issues of grammatical status in them, and compare them with the opinions of other scholars about them in their various works.
