المستخلص: تعتبر مهارة إعداد البحوث والرسائل العلمية من المهارات الأساسية التي يجب أن يتقنها الباحثون في مختلف المجالات الأكاديمية، هذا البحث يستعرض الخطوات الأساسية والمنهجيات المتبعة في إعداد البحوث العلمية، بدء من اختيار الموضوع وتحديد المشكلة البحثية، مرورا بمراجعة الأدبيات السابقة، وتصميم منهجية البحث، وجمع وتحليل البيانات، وصولا إلى كتابة النتائج ومناقشتها، كما يناقش البحث آليات تحكيم البحوث العلمية، وهي العملية التي تهدف إلى تقييم جودة ومصداقية البحوث المقدمة للنشر في الدوريات العلمية، ويشمل التحكيم مراجعة البحث من قبل خبراء في المجال للتحقق من أصالته، دقته، ومنهجيته العلمية، يقدم البحث نصائح للمحكمين حول كيفية كتابة تقارير تحكيم موضوعية وبناءة تساعد الباحثين على تحسين أعمالهم، ويتطرق البحث أيضا إلى التحديات التي يواجهها الباحثون في عملية إعداد البحوث، مثل التحيز الشخصي، والضغوط الزمنية، وصعوبة الوصول إلى المصادر، ويعرض الحلول الممكنة لهذه التحديات، بما في ذلك أهمية التدريب المستمر والتعاون مع الزملاء والمشرفين، ومن خلال استعراض الأدبيات والممارسات الحالية، يهدف هذا البحث إلى تقديم دليل شامل يساعد الباحثين على تطوير مهاراتهم في إعداد البحوث العلمية وتحسين جودة الأعمال المقدمة للنشر، كما يسعى إلى تعزيز الفهم بآليات التحكيم وضوابطها لضمان أن تكون العملية عادلة وبناءة، مما يساهم في إثراء المعرفة وتطوير البحث العلمي بشكل عام، وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أهمية الهيكلة المنظمة للبحث وكذلك أهمية تمتع المحكمين بالنزاهة ووضع ضوابط موحدة للبحث العلمي كما يقدم البحث عدة توصيات منها ضرورة التدريب والتطوير للباحثين لزيادة من كفاءة الأبحاث العلمية والاهتمام باختيار المحكمين ليتمتعوا بالنزاهة ووضع ضوابط صارمة ومعاير لتحكيم الأبحاث العلمية.

The skill of preparing research and scientific dissertations is considered one of the basic skills that researchers in various academic fields must master. This research reviews the basic steps and methodologies used in preparing scientific research, starting from choosing the topic and defining the research problem, through reviewing previous literature, designing the research methodology, collecting, and analyzing data, all the way to writing and discussing the results. The research also discusses the mechanisms of scientific research arbitration, which is the process that aims to evaluate the quality and credibility of research submitted for publication in scientific journals. Arbitration includes reviewing the research by experts in the field to verify its originality, accuracy, and scientific methodology. The research provides advice to reviewers on how to write objective and constructive review reports that help researchers improve their work. The research also addresses the challenges that researchers face in the process of preparing research, such as personal bias, time pressures, and difficulty in accessing sources. It presents possible solutions to these challenges, including the importance of ongoing training and cooperation with colleagues and supervisors. By reviewing current literature and practices, this research aims to provide a comprehensive guide that helps researchers develop their skills in preparing scientific research and improve the quality of works submitted for publication. It also seeks to enhance understanding of arbitration mechanisms and controls to ensure that the process is fair and constructive, which contributes to enriching knowledge and developing scientific research in general. Several results became clear from the research, including the importance of structuring the research, as well as the importance of arbitrators enjoying integrity and establishing unified controls for scientific research. The research also presented several recommendations, including the necessity of training and development for researchers to increase the efficiency of scientific research, and the interest in selecting arbitrators to enjoy integrity and setting controls and standards.
