المستخلص: توصل الباحث أن منهج السلف في المنطوق والمفهوم من أهم الأبواب التي ينبغي البحث عنها، وذلك لأنها يترتب عليها أحكام مهمة جدا ومن خلال الدراسة تبين أن دلالة الألفاظ تنقسم إلى منطوق وهو: ما دل عليه اللفظ في محل النطق. وهو قسمان: منطوق صريح وهو: دلالة المطابقة، ودلالة التضمن ومنطوق غير صريح وهو: دلالة الالتزام وهي: دلالة ثلاثة دلالات: دلالة الاقتضاء، ودلالة الإشارة، ودلالة الإيماء، والتنبيه. ومفهوم وهو: ما دل عليه اللفظ، لا في محل النطق وهو قسمان: مفهوم الموافقة وهو نوعان: أولوي، ومساوي، ومفهوم المخالفة وهو سبعة أقسام: مفهوم الشرط، ومفهوم الظرف سواء كان زمانيا أو مكانياً، ومفهوم العلة وهو تعليق الحكم بالعلة: مفهوم العدد، ومفهوم الغاية، ومفهوم الحصر، ومفهوم الصفة.

The researcher concluded that the approach of the predecessors in the operative and the concept is one of the most important chapters that should be searched for, because it entails very important provisions. Through the study, it was found that the significance of words is divided into spoken, which is: what is indicated by the pronunciation in the place of pronunciation, which is two parts: explicit spoken, which is: the indication of conformity, and the significance of inclusion And a non-explicit pronunciation, which is: the indication of commitment, which is: the indication of three connotations: The indication of necessity, the indication of signal, the indication of gesture and warning. The concept of which is what is indicated by the word, not in the place of pronunciation, which is two parts: the concept of consent, which is of two types: priority, and equal, and the concept of violation, which is seven sections: The concept of condition, the concept of circumstance, whether temporal or spatial, the concept of the cause, which is the suspension of the judgment of the cause: the concept of number, the concept of the end, and the concept of exclusivity, And the concept of adjective.
