المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى قياس فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لتعلم تصميم الأزياء للخريجين غير المتخصصين، وتكوين اتجاه إيجابي لدى المتدربين غير المتخصصين نحو تعلم تصميم الأزياء، ويعتمد البحث الحالي على المنهج شبه التجريبي وذلك لملائمته لتحقيق أهداف البحث والتحقق من فروضه، والمنهج الوصفي لقياس الآراء وتوصيفها وتحليل المهارات المتضمنة في البرنامج التدريبي محل الدراسة، وتتكون عينة البحث من بعض الخريجين من الكليات غير المتخصصة بمجال الملابس والنسيج وعددهم ۳۳ متدرب وتوصلت النتائج إلى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح في تعليم المتدربين معارف ومهارات تصميم الأزياء، وأسفرت النتائج عن: - توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات المتدربين عند مستوى (0.01) في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لكل من الاختبار التحصيلي والمهارى لصالح التطبيق البعدي. - توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات المتدربين عند مستوى (0.01) في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي لصالح التطبيق البعدي. - توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات المتدربين عند مستوى (0.01) في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للاختبار المهاري لصالح التطبيق البعدي. - إيجابية آراء المتدربين نحو تعلم تصميم الأزياء. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة التعاون بين الجامعات ومصانع الملابس الجاهزة والمراكز التدريبية الإعداد برامج تدريبية في مجال تصميم الأزياء وفقاً لمتطلبات العصر ومتغيراته والاحتياجات الفعلية لسوق العمل.

The current research aims to measure an effective measure for a non-accredited graduate fashion design learning training program, And creating a positive attitude among non-specialized trainees towards learning fashion design, The current research relies on the quasi-experimental method due to its suitability for achieving the research objectives and verifying its hypotheses, The descriptive approach is to measure and describe opinions and analyze the skills included in the training program under study. The research sample consists of some graduates from colleges not specialized in the field of clothing and textiles, numbering 33 trainees. The results showed the effectiveness of the proposed training program in teaching trainees fashion design knowledge and skills, and the results resulted in: - There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the trainees at the level of (0.01) in the pre- and post-application of both the achievement and skills test in favor of the post-application. - There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the trainees at the level of (0.01) in the pre- and post-application of the achievement test in favor of the post-application. - There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the trainees at the level of (0.01) in the pre- and post-application of the skills test in favor of the post-application. - Positive opinions of trainees towards learning fashion design. The study recommends the necessity of cooperation between universities, ready-made garment factories, and training centers to prepare training programs in the field of fashion design in accordance with the requirements of the times, its variables, and the actual needs of the labor market.
