المستخلص: ذاع صيت تقنية الوصف السمعي في العالم بأسره، لكن يبقى هذا الانتشار مقرونا بمدى تطور الأمة وتضمين تشريعاتها حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الهمم والسعي الدائم لتمتعهم الحقيقي بكل تلك الحقوق، فقد التزمت الدول (المتطورة) بشأن تحسين جودة العروض المقدمة للجمهور المعني. ولضمان ذلك تقوم الدراسات وتتنوع لتشمل تخصصات عديدة على غرار اللسانيات والسيميائيات، والإلقاء والتلقي لكن رغم ذلك، يجد الواصف السمعي نفسه أمام تحديات شتى لتقديم نتاج ذو جودة يرتقي بالحس الفني، وتكمن تلك التحديات بشكل أساسي في صعوبات حسية ومعنوية سنحاول من خلال هذا الموضوع التطرق لها تسليطا للضوء على التقنية من جهة وطرحا لاستفهام نازف عن حق الضرير الثقافي المنسي في بلدنا الحبيب من جهة موازية تتزايد فيها فجوة الاهتمام بنوعية الحياة الترويحية والتعليمية للضرير؛ فأملت طبيعة الموضوع الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لسرد الجهود التنظيرية الرامية إلى إرساء القواعد المؤسسة لتقنية ترجمية جيدة، وتشخيص الظاهرة وتحليلها للوقوف على الكيف الذي تعامل به الواصف وقوفا أمام ثغرات سيمياء الصورة المشهدية، من خلال أنموذج من فيلم INDIGENES "بلديون" للمخرج رشيد بو شارب الذي قامت بوصفه جمعية فالانتان هوي سنة 2007.

Audio description has become widespread worldwide. However, the dissemination of this type of audiovisual translation remains linked to the extent of the nation’s development and the inclusion of the rights of people with disabilities in its legislation. Ensuring their genuine enjoyment of these rights, Developed countries have committed to ensuring the quality of the shows presented. For that, studies are conducted encompassing many disciplines such as: linguistics, semiotics, speech and reception, but despite this, the audio describer faces various challenges to deliver an output exceptional quality that enhances the artistic sensibility of the audience primarily due to sensory and abstract difficulties that this research will attempt aims to shed light on technology on one hand and address a pressing question about the neglected cultural rights of the visually impaired in our beloved country on the other hand, as the gap in the attention to the recreational and educational quality of life for the visually impaired continues to widen. Therefore, it was essential to rely on the descriptive-analytical method to recount the theoretical efforts aimed at establishing high-quality translation technology. We will diagnose and analyze the phenomenon to understand how the descriptive approach deals with the semiotic gaps in the visual scenes, using the film "INDIGÉNES" (Days of Glory) by director Rachid Bouchareb, which was described by the Valentin Haüy Association in 2007, as a model.
