|a يهدف البحث إلى تعرف اتجاهات أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في قسم الإرشاد النفسي نحو إضافة مقرر سيكولوجيا الأزمات والصدمات في مناهج كلية التربية بجامعة تشرين، لتحقيق هدف البحث تم بناء استبانة اتجاهات أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في قسم الإرشاد النفسي نحو إضافة مقرر سيكولوجيا الأزمات والصدمات وتضمنت ثلاثة أبعاد، تكونت عينة البحث من (28) عضو هيئة تدريسية في قسم الإرشاد النفسي، تم سحبهم بطريقة العينة القصدية من كلية التربية بجامعة تشرين في مدينة اللاذقية، اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي. توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج تشير إلى وجود اتجاهات إيجابية لدى أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في قسم الإرشاد النفسي نحو إضافة مقرر سيكولوجيا الأزمات والصدمات، كما تبين عدم وجود فرق بين درجات أفراد العينة على استبانة اتجاهات أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في قسم الإرشاد النفسي نحو إضافة مقرر سيكولوجيا الأزمات والصدمات تبعاً لمتغير الجنس، كذلك لم يتم الكشف عن وجود فروق بين درجات أفراد العينة تبعاً لمتغيري المرتبة العلمية وعدد سنوات الخبرة التدريسية.
|b The research aims to identify the attitudes of faculty members in the Department of Psychological Counseling towards adding a course on the Psychology of crises and traumas to the curricula of the Faculty of Education at Tishreen University. To achieve the goal of the research, a questionnaire was built on the attitudes of faculty members in the Department of Psychological Counseling towards adding a course on the psychology of crises and traumas and it included three dimensions. The research sample consisted of (28) faculty members in the Department of Psychological Counseling, who were drawn using a purposive sampling method from the College of Education at Tishreen University in the city of Latakia, the researcher adopted the descriptive method. The research reached a set of results indicating the presence of positive attitudes among faculty members in the Department of Psychological Counseling towards adding the psychology of crises and traumas course.. It was also found that there was no difference between the scores of the sample members on a questionnaire about the attitudes of faculty members in the Department of Psychological Counseling towards adding a course on the psychology of crises and traumas according to the gender variable. Also, no differences were detected between the grades of the sample members according to the variables of academic rank and number of years of teaching experience.
