|a إن الهدف الرئيس للبحث ينصب نحو معرفة إمكانية التكامل ما بين معايير استدامة الخدمات الترفيهية ومستوى تنفيذها ضمن المدن الاستثمارية الجديدة, كما وتسعى هذه البحث إلى التعرف على مدى اهتمام الجهات المشرفة على المدن المستحدثة بمتغيرات البحث الرئيسة, فضلا عن التعرف على مستوى التكامل بين القطاع العام والاستثماري, لتعزيز واقع الفعاليات الترفيهية المستدامة, وفق معطيات خطة أهداف التنمية المستدامة 2015- ۲۰۳۰, ومن هذا المنطلق تم توضيح مشكلة البحث بعدد من التساؤلات كان الرئيسي هو: (كيف تستطيع الشركات المنفذة للمدن الاستثمارية الجديدة تطبيق معايير استدامة الخدمات الترفيهية لتحقيق الرفاهية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والبيئية؟)، وللإجابة على هذه التساؤلات تبنى الباحثون الأسلوب الوصفي المعزز بالمتغيرات الكمية من خلال اعتماد البيانات والإحصائيات الصادرة من الجهات الرسمية، بالإضافة إلى المعلومات المتوفرة بالنشرات الرسمية والحكومية, وتوصلت البحث إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات كان أهمها أن الاستثمار بالمدن المستحدثة يساهم في تقديم خدمات بنية تحتية صديقة للبيئة وتحد من التلوث البيئي, مما يشجع ذلك على الاستدامة وتحقق مبدأ المساواة العدالة الاجتماعية والتنمية الاقتصادية، وختمت البحث بعدد من المقترحات التي تتلائم مع ما تم التوصل إليه من استنتاجات.
|b The main objective of the research is to know the possibility of integration between the standards of sustainability of entertainment services and the level of their implementation within the new investment cities. This research also seeks to identify the extent of interest of the authorities supervising the newly created cities in the main study variables, as well as to identify the level of integration between the public and investment sectors, to enhance the reality of sustainable entertainment activities According to the data of the Sustainable Development Goals Plan 2015-2030. From this standpoint, the research problem was clarified with a number of questions, the main of which was: (How can companies implementing the new investment cities apply the standards of sustainability of entertainment services to achieve social, economic and environmental well-being?). To answer these questions, the researchers adopted the descriptive method enhanced by quantitative variables by relying on data and statistics issued by official authorities, in addition to the information available in official and governmental bulletins. The research reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which was (Investment in newly created cities contributes to providing environmentally friendly infrastructure services and reduces environmental pollution, which encourages sustainability, and achieves the principle of equality, social justice and economic development). The research concluded with a number of proposals that are consistent with the conclusions reached.
