|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر مؤشرات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات على العمق المالي في الجزائر خلال الفترة من 2010 إلى 2023 تركزت الدراسة على خمسة متغيرات رئيسة المتغير التابع العمق المالي (BM)، والمتغيرات المستقلة تتضمن المشاركة الإلكترونية (E-Participation)، خدمات الحكومة عبر الإنترنت (GOS)، الوصول إلى تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات (ICT_Access)، واستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات (ICT_Use) استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لبلوغ الهدف، مع اعتمادها على نموذج ARDL القياسي لاختبار العلاقات بين المتغيرات في الأجلين القصير والطويل. بغية الوصول إلى الهدف تم الاعتماد على البيانات الاقتصادية والمالية لدولة الجزائر باعتبارها تمثل مجتمع وعينة الدراسة خلال الفترة المحددة، استخدمت في الدراسة بيانات زمنية ربع سنوية، تم تحليلها وتفسيرها باستخدام أدوات اقتصادية وتحليلية متقدمة مثل اختبار التكامل المتزامن وتحليل الحدود أظهرت النتائج أن هناك تأثيرات قوية وإيجابية لبعض المتغيرات مثل E_P وICT_Access على العمق المالي في الأجلين القصير والطويل، في حين كانت بعض المتغيرات مثل ICT_Use لها تأثيرات متفاوتة بين الفترات الزمنية. توصي الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز الاستثمار في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات وتحسين خدمات الحكومة الإلكترونية لضمان استدامة التأثيرات الإيجابية على العمق المالي، وتطوير استراتيجيات طويلة الأجل تركز على الاستخدام الفعال للتكنولوجيا في القطاع المالي.
|b This study examines the impact of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) indicators on financial depth in Algeria from 2010 to 2023. It focuses on five key variables: financial depth (BM) as the dependent variable, and the independent variables including E-Participation, Government Online Services (GOS), ICT Access, and ICT Use. A descriptive-analytical methodology was used, employing the ARDL model to assess both short- and long-term relationships between the variables. The analysis utilized quarterly time-series data representing Algeria’s economic and financial indicators during the study period. Advanced tools such as cointegration testing and boundary analysis were applied to interpret the data. Findings indicate that certain variables, like E-Participation and ICT Access, positively impact financial depth in both the short and long term, while others, such as ICT Use, showed varying effects across different periods. The study recommends increasing ICT investment and enhancing e-government services to maintain the positive impacts on financial depth, along with developing long-term strategies for the effective application of technology in the financial sector.
