|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر الجباية العادية على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2023 بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لمراجعة بعض الدراسات التطبيقية وتحديد المفاهيم الأساسية للجباية العادية والنمو الاقتصادي، وكذلك المنهج القياسي لنمذجة هذه المتغيرات وفق منهجية شعاع الانحدار الذاتي VAR. في الأخير توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى غياب أثر الجباية العادية ممثلة بإيرياداتها على النمو الاقتصادي المقاس بنمو إجمالي الناتج المحلي، تطور إيرادات الجباية العادية ضمن الفترة المدروسة لا يسهم بشكل كبير في تعزيز النمو الاقتصادي.
|b This study aims to measure the impact of regular collection on economic growth in Algeria during the period 1990-2023, relying on descriptive approach to review some applied studies and identfy the basic concepts of regular taxation and economic growth, as well as the standard approach to modeling these variables to vector autoregressive VAR. Finally, the results of the study reached the absence of impact of regular collection, represented by its revenues on economic growth measured by gross domestic product, the devlopment of regular collection revenues within the period studies does not contribute significantly to the dynamics of economic growth.
